Charmes carers treat my wife with respect to maintain her dignity. They always call her by name, explain what they are doing and have a friendly and cheerful manner. They have built a good relationship with me and my family. For many, a little bit extra is no trouble. It is good to have an identified key worker. Although rotas are sometimes late, the management is accessible and ready to help with problems.

Provides a very good caring and diligent service. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. We are very happy to have them in our house.

On the whole carers are very good but occasionally small errors are made- most of them are very pleasant and caring and will do any job requested. The owner has been very helpful with setting up the care package and onwards care since last November.
