I have been very impressed with the patience and professionalism of my mother's carers. They have been friendly and attentive.
I really look forward to the carers coming to help me wash and dress, bed making and cups of teas etc.
All of the staff are wonderful and treat mum amazingly. They arrive on time, have a laugh and a sing with her.
Nothing is too much trouble and they always speak with us too. They will always be welcome as they are an integral part of keeping mum comfortable and happy at this time of her life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
The lady was friendly, polite and I could understand everything that she was asking me on the forms.
The carers are consistent and reliable in giving excellent personal care with kindness and respect three times a day. They have all been trained to a high standard, are gentle and polite and are also concerned for my well being. They understand the roller coaster of emotions which comes with dementia and they aren't fazed by occasional outbursts.
I look forward to their visits which always come with sincerity and a smile. I can highly recommended Norvic for both the carers and the management. At long last I have had my faith in human nature restored. There are people out there who really do care. Well done Norvic!
Our daughter, who has learning difficulties, could not live independently without the support and care that Norvic Healthcare offer.
Due to her learning difficulty, our daughter struggles with social boundaries, time management and anxiety. She will contact others numerous times about small issues. Norvic Healthcare manage this very well, easing her anxieties.
They have ensured that our daughter has the same carer every Saturday, thereby allowing a relationship to form and because of this particular carer's skill at working with adults with learning difficulties our daughter is getting so much more out of life than before.
We are very grateful Norvic Healthcare are involved with our daughter's care.

I possess over a decade of experience within the healthcare industry, working in a variety of fields starting as a carer myself, working within the mental health industry as as a part of care management. I currently work as the Operations Manager at Norvic Healthcare which I have been carrying out for 7 years. It is my role to ensure that Norvic Healthcare always meets a high standard of care and that Norvic runs safely, efficiently and as effectively as possible.
Jenna is our dedicated Registered Manager, bringing with her many years of hands-on experience within the care sector. Known for her warm leadership style and commitment to high standards, she ensures that every individual receiving our support is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
I have worked in the healthcare sector for 9 years. I started my career as an office administrator for a care agency. I have worked in various roles across the Healthcare sector, such as being a healthcare assistant, care coordinator, Business Support, Home Administrator, Assistant Operations Manager and now deputy manager. I have worked in multiple care settings such as nursing & residential homes, mental health (Children and Adults), and Domiciliary care. The part I love about my job the most is ensuring that people are supported and cared for through a difficult chapter in their lives. A choice of care can be very challenging, and to make that a smooth transition truly makes me happy. I appreciate the work culture I work within at Norvic Healthcare; it shows a strong family value.
I have 7 years of experience in the health and social care sector. I began my career at Norvic during the first COVID-19 lockdown as a Day Sit Care Worker. Over time, I transitioned into providing end-of-life care, advancing to Senior Carer in North Norfolk during this time. I then progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor, where I focused on providing support to both clients and carers within the community. In 2024, I transitioned to Assistant Operations Manager, working closely with leadership to support Norvic’s growth and operational expansion.
I have many years of experience within the health and social care sector. I have a level 3 qualification in adult health and social care and I am currently working towards a level 5 qualification in this field. I began working at Norvic Healthcare in 2022 as the Homecare Care Co-Ordinator. In this time I have developed relations with many service users all across Norfolk and local authority members. My job role consists of managing all the 1 to 1 homecare rounds for both the carers who work in these areas and the service users who receive care from Norvic Healthcare.
I have been working at Norvic since April 2025. I have years of experience within the healthcare sector. I am currently a Care Coordinator. I work as part of a team that coordinates with service users, their families and Healthcare Professionals to ensure seamless, organised and effective care.
I have years of experience within the sector of Human Resources and with providing care support to those who need mental health support. I have been working at Norvic since 2023 as the HR Administrator, part of my role is to focus on compliance, recruitment and onboarding requirements.
I have been working at Norvic Healthcare since 2021 as a finance assistant. I have previously supported the office as a care Co-Ordinator but have since progressed to being the primary finance assistant at Norvic. As the finance assistant, I manage all client invoicing and staff payroll at Norvic.
I have 2 years of experience with business operations and have a level 3 qualification in Business administration and project management. I joined Norvic in 2024 to support with administrative matters such as finance support and human resources support
