Over time, I transitioned into providing end-of-life care, advancing to Senior Carer in North Norfolk during this time. In 2024, I transitioned to business development, working closely with leadership to support Norvic’s growth and operational expansion.

My job role consists of managing all the 1 to 1 homecare rounds for both the carers who work in these areas and the service users who receive care from Norvic Healthcare.
