My elderly father was recently discharged from hospital, whereby a care package was arranged. Mevtec 360 Home team were to take charge of his care To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. However, they exceeded all my expectations and more they made sure all my father's needs were met, they interacted with him and showed him great compassion and respect.My father was so happy and blessed to have these people there who truly cared about his well-being and recovery, it was truly remarkable to have witnessed this. They would carry out their duties with efficiency, care and upmost professionalism. This in itself gave me peace of mind to know my father was being cared and looked after, for that I'll always be truly grateful for. I would have no qualms recommending their service to whoever would need their assistance in the future, and I wish them continued success.

After spending a traumatic 9 weeks in hospital, I could not have asked for a more caring and thoughtful team. They are encouraging, and treat me with dignity. I don’t feel these words do justice to the service given.

Mevtec provided daily bridging care following my mother’s discharge from the hospital. The staff are caring, and thoughtful and maintained her dignity throughout. The staff’s cheerful disposition was an added bonus whilst all the carers provided first-class care I’d like to extend a special thank you to four members of staff in particular. It was lovely to hear laughter and singing coming from Mum’s room during their visits in the lead-up to Christmas. The staff’s advice and guidance were freely available and I have no hesitation in recommending Mevtec based on our experience. Thank you to every member of staff involved with Mum’s care. You are all angels.

I am very happy with the service and the carers, they are all very kind to me. It makes such a difference having carers in my life and they have helped me a lot with my personal hygiene, which has made my way of living and outlook on life much better. They set me up for the day and put a smile on my face.

Mevtec team were friendly and responsive. They provide good support. As I visit a couple of times a week I was disappointed that I did t have direct access to notes and the visiting carers didn't leave any notes for me to read, to allow me to follow care provided. That aside I was very happy with the care provided.

We were lucky enough to be allocated to this company for care for my elderly mother and although our contact was brief I cannot praise nor thank the manager and her staff enough for their kind and respectful approach. It felt as if they genuinely wanted to provide holistic care, really listened and their passion shine through

I was referred to Mevtec following my mother’s discharge from hospital and they have been providing daycare visits and additional night care when needed. I have found the team, especially one in particular who I believe is the lead carer, to be on time and very helpful. They have provided good care for my mum and have helped with everything in general. I would be happy to recommend them.

From the outset, we were informed about what services Mevtec would be providing and the carers came to meet us before the contract began. This is very important. At all times the carers were kind and professional and adhered strictly to Covid health and safety measures. We have only ceased the care because my husband, the patient, is moving to residential care.

Mevtec provided care for Mum for a limited period of time after being discharged to home after being in hospital, it was a difficult time for us as a family as this was for end of life/palliative care. At 98, Mum was given all the respect and kindness that someone should receive at this point in their life. I would recommend them to anyone as they were kind to both Mum and us as a family, always asking if we were ok and updating us on Mum when we were not able to be at the house. Mum has now been moved into nursing care and this is the only reason we are unable to use them moving forward.

The Mevtec team were kind, caring and professional in the palliative care of my Mother Yvonne, who died in April 2021. We did not expect it, we thought they were there to care for my Mother, but they take a whole family and friends approach and looked after us as much as Mum. They made us realise sitting at Mum’s bedside 18 hours a day was not good for us, and that to spend the three final weeks we had with her, quality and meaningful. I was in a state of shock, we all were, but the Mevtec team pushed us to realise we could still laugh and cry with Mum and not waste precious hours feeling sorry for ourselves. My mother really loved the team, she said they treated her like a princess, and that is partly the reason I award the team ‘Extremely LIKELY’ in this review. I hope the team see this review, they deserve enormous praise for what must be a difficult job, but also a privileged job in making all equally important in the care process. Thank you, I will always be eternally grateful.

We were very apprehensive about our mum getting carers but they were all friendly and very helpful, especially the team leader. They looked after our mum well and were a source of advice as well as to how best to look after her. Even the lady who did the admin and booking of the carers was very warm and helpful.

The team are very helpful and happy at all times.

The ladies who have cared for my mum over the last three months have been amazing, very caring and thoughtful to her needs. They have treated her with dignity throughout. I would highly recommend them.
