Overall Experience
My mother has been a client of Churchill (Harrowbranch) for 5 years now. Going from home visits to live-in care over the years. I rely on them heavily as I live in USA and can only be with my mum 3 or 4 times a year. In this situation trust, commitment and communication are key from both sides and I have no concerns in this regard whatsoever. It is a huge responsibility for both the carers and management staff at Churchill and to know they are on top of everything, keeping me up-to-date on every detail is huge for my peace of mind. Over the years, we have worked together to solve any issues that may have a risen and they are always open to suggestions and willing to listen.

The kindness and compassion the carers show my mum is a true blessing for both of us.
