After several "false starts" with other agencies, Care4Care supported my mother with nursing care during her final illness in 2023 and since then enable my father to remain in his own home with full domestic support, and increasingly assistance with personal care. His regular carer obviously cares about him and his welfare and is responsive to the odd crisis that needs additional support at short notice. The managers keep in touch with the family and know what is going on at the clients. Billing is transparent and honest.

Recently the carers provided excellent care for my husband while he was receiving palliative care at home. They also looked after me well until his passing 26 April 2026. The manager who visited before and after the carers' services was excellent in checking what was needed for us.

The care my mum received was amazing the carers were so compassionate friendly and treated my mum like their own. As a family we felt reassured that mum was getting the best possible care which meant the world to us and mum was always so happy and content too. They knew all my mums needs and what she did and didn't like they were always so attentive.

I am exceptionally pleased with the service that this care company is providing. More so, the staff team treat me with respect and also promote my dignity and preferences. I am delighted to recommend this service to others who need support with daily care.

We have been delighted by the combination of professionalism and personal touch. The team works well and is communicative and efficient and seem to genuinely care. We have been very grateful that a pre-existing live-in carer has been able to be absorbed into the service and she is also very happy to have the extra support and shared responsibility + training that C4C have offered. Care 4 Care arrived via the pallitive care team when my father was very sick with UTI sepsis and Alzheimer's disease. The care we have received has been invaluable, first class! The carer assigned to my father treats him with dignity and respect and is a wonderful support to our live-in carer. I have been very impressed by this service.

My Auntie gets the best care possible for her age 101 she will be 102 next April. All her needs are met.

The same carers came each time. They were helpful, polite and treated my husband with care & dignity and gave him his full allotted time. No complaints at all.

Right now I am having the best care and services from the company, no complaints. I am very happy with the services I receive, my carer is excellent. Thank you.

My uncle's carer has been an angel. She is always kind and she has a positive attitude and really puts her heart and soul into her caring. Not only is she reliable but she i salso a good communicator. When my uncle was in hospital and I was abroad, she visited him really went the extra mile for him. We have been so pleased with the carer and highly recommend Care 4 Care Service. Thank you.

We are over the moon with the incredible person selected for this role and our Adult Child is ecstatic with the new Buddy. We would HIGHLY recommend Care4CAre Services Ltd, as highly ethical, efficient and very compassionate. It's also good that the numbers of different people visiting have been kept to a minimum so that Jacqueline can get to know the cares well. I understand that this is not easy to do so appreciate that some effort has been made to make this possible. It means that both carers and client have the opportunity to get to know each other and build a relationship.

I cannot praise Care 4 Care Services enough for the end of life service and care they provided to my mum. The team of carers treated my mum with complete empathy, always caring, diligent and very patient. They always showed her kindness and compassion throughout her care. I can honestly say they made my life so much easier and stress free. They were always so attentive to my mother's needs. Thank you for everything.

Care4Care provided 24 hour care for my father in 2024 . The service was totally reliable and was adaptable as our circumstances changed. The carers showed empathy and kindness at all times and built trusting relationships with the family.

The whole team were wonderful but I have to thank one staff member in particular for her outstanding care and devotion to my daughter in the last months of her life. One staff member in particular was a breath of fresh air; brightened my daughters's days with her delightful and happy personality. She showed compassion, encouragement and love; even visiting my daughter in the Hospice when not working in her spare time. The staff member continues to check on myself, my daughter's Mother and my surviving daughter and family. Without the staff member's true dedication and faith we could not have got through this most awful time of our lives. She is one of your greatest assets and a fine ambassador for your Company. Thank you from my heart.

I'd like to commend one of her staff: He is a outstanding and very caring carer, a real asset to Care4Care.

Care 4 Care Services Ltd has been wonderful, took the time to get to know my dad and always respected our wishes. The carers are top notice, efficient and kind. Treated my dad with respect and always kept me informed on how to help him.
