My uncle has been using Vantage Point for assistance with domestic care as well as day to day personal care. They provide an outstanding service; the carer is always punctual and carries out all tasks efficiently. They are respectful of his privacy and still allow him to feel a sense of independence even with his condition. A first class service!

Vantage Point Healthcare provide my father with his personal home care up to three times daily when required, even on short notice. Although his condition is deteriorating we have seen a lift in his spirits thanks to the lovely and caring staff Vantage Point Healthcare have. The whole family live out of Birmingham and Vantage Point Healthcare gave us the peace of mind we needed in order to grant our father his wishes to remain at home instead of moving him into a care home.

The carers are lovely and since we started using the company our mother's mood is uplifted every time we visit and her condition continues to improve.
