All the staff are amazing when being asked to do something out of the ordinary or just going about planned projects. The staff are very caring, understanding and helpful.

All treat the client with respect and patience.

Very good, friendly visits from the majority of carers, however, I have one particular carer that comes and seems to bring her personal issues to work. 9 times out of 10 she is very nice, but if she has had a "bad day" you can tell by her snappy and "stand-offish" attitude.

We are extremely pleased with Golden Services and their staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers. They arrive on time with a smile and a chat. We have been having Golden Services for over a year now and have nothing but praise for the carers and management and the support they have given to my wife.

I'm pleased to do this review as Golden Service Care Ltd is an excellent company. I would recommend them again, and again. When they were caring for my husband, he found them very approachable, as did I. So I hope they will continue with their good work.

We met the Manager of Gold Services when it became clear to the social care team that my sister needed extra help for her to be able to remain at home. This was in the Autumn of 2017. She was very thorough in her assessment of my sister, taking account of her views and requirements and our views. As a result, she set into motion the provision of carers to attend her morning, lunchtime and night. Her evening meals were provided by members of a church). We found the carers very friendly and kind and my sister always spoke highly of them. When they realised that she needed medical attention, without hesitation an ambulance was called. Well trained. Thank you.

Golden Services looked after my grandad and my Nan and really gave a golden service to him and her when he or she needed care at home. They were very caring and flexible around his needs. I would highly recommend to anybody who has as much love for there elder like myself.

Golden Services Care looked after my mother and my father (a few years ago) towards and at the end of their lives. Both parents wished to stay in their own homes and without Golden Services, we would not have managed this. The care teams were kind, gentle and respectful - treating them with dignity. The team always phoned me if they were unsure of anything and often stayed longer than the allocated time.

The manager of Golden Services Care Ltd is a genuinely good leader of the organisation and is often hands on if a member of staff has a problem attending their shift. Like all organisations staff are varied but overall provide a very good service.
