I'm pleased to do this review as Golden Service Care Ltd is an excellent company. I would recommend them again, and again. When they were caring for my husband, he found them very approachable, as did I. So I hope they will continue with their good work.

We met the Manager of Gold Services when it became clear to the social care team that my sister needed extra help for her to be able to remain at home. This was in the Autumn of 2017. She was very thorough in her assessment of my sister, taking account of her views and requirements and our views. As
a result, she set into motion the provision of carers to attend her morning, lunchtime and night. Her evening meals were provided by members of a church). We found the carers very friendly and kind and my sister always spoke highly of them. When they realised that she needed medical attention, without hesitation an ambulance was called. Well trained. Thank you.

Golden Services looked after my grandad and my Nan and really gave a golden service to him and her when he or she needed care at home. They were very caring and flexible around his needs. I would highly recommend to anybody who has as much love for there elder like myself.

Golden Services Care looked after my mother and my father (a few years ago) towards and at the end of their lives. Both parents wished to stay in their own homes and without Golden Services, we would not have managed this. The care teams were kind, gentle and respectful - treating them with dignity.
The team always phoned me if they were unsure of anything and often stayed longer than the allocated time.

I suffer from lymphoedema in both legs and a carer comes to visit me every day to wash my legs and then to put cream thoroughly on my legs. The stockings are very strong but they never complain and treat my legs very carefully as they put them on. (They are perspiring at the end but no grumbles!)

we have a nice little chat whilst they 'work' on me. They put my towels by the washing machine and put the cream away at the end of the session. They are very careful in handling the bowl of water and make no mess at all.
I do appreciate this care.

The manager of Golden Services Care Ltd is a genuinely good leader of the organisation and is often hands on if a member of staff has a problem attending their shift. Like all organisations staff are varied but overall provide a very good service.

Golden Services have provided excellent care for my elderly and disabled father. The carer is extremely hard working, efficient and compassionate. She also has a great sense of fun and can get my dad into a positive frame of mind each morning. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the care given

The care my husband receives from Golden Services Care Ltd is excellent. He is treated as an individual person, with great dignity. His carer understands his disability and needs and provides the exact care he requires with calm efficiency. Although Golden Services Care Ltd have only been looking after
him for the past six months he has made really good progress.


With his previous care company he was very quiet and withdrawn but he has now been helped greatly by the fact that his carer has time to listen and chat with him. It has also helped that he has one main carer on a permanent basis whom he has got to know well and trust rather than him not knowing who will be turning up on a daily basis. I know I can safely go out to work in the knowledge that he is being well cared for.
