My experience with Epoch is very good, all the staff know my limitations and provide the necessary support, timekeeping is extremely good , communication is always up to date, rota's are provided well in advance. They all take a genuine interest my wellbeing and my life history, it keeps there visits
interesting and friendly.

Epoch were nothing short of amazing when it came to the care of my mum. They quickly became an extension of the family, with the love they showed her. They took so much of our worry from us as we always knew she was in safe hands. They all showed her so much love.


They were always a phone call away,

even calling in to help us when we needed them. We soon built up a lovely rapport with them as we saw them so frequently.


They knew my mum so well, helping her dance whilst she was unsteady on her feet and constantly joking with her. She had a deep love for Elvis Presley and they would sit with her and listen to his music.


When her great grandchild was born over in Manchester, they printed off photos for her and stuck them up so she could constantly see and remember. It's little extras like this that are so thoughtful and mean so much to us as a family.


We would 1000% recommend Epoch to anyone who needs that extra bit of help. We miss them all!

My Nanas care team at Epoch were brilliant during a brief & difficult time for our family. The relationship they built with her - and with the family - was nothing short of amazing. In such a short time they showed remarkable compassion, warmth, and professionalism. Nothing was too much to ask and
they went above & beyond in every way possible.


Every carer treated my nana with dignity and genuine kindness, taking the time to make her comfortable, speak with her gently, and make her laugh. Their ability to connect with her so quickly speaks volumes about the quality of their care.


They also supported us as a family every step of the way, offering reassurance, clear communication, and emotional support until the end & beyond. I joined Epoch in November 2018. Since becoming a client with Epoch, they have enabled me to live the independent lifestyle that I have always wanted. Epoch has also assisted me in going on holiday for a week on a girl's holiday, which had always been a dream of mine, with their support it came true!
The fab team of girls that come to see me on a daily basis, deliver me the highest quality of care, and ensure that all my needs are met. Epoch have also supported me, with the transition of moving out of the family home. This was a very stressful time for me but with support from Epoch, this went very smoothly. If you are looking for a care company for your loved one, I would definitely recommend Epoch you won't be disappointed!

The care team looked after my mum in her final months & supported my dad through this difficult time.
The love, care & attention to needs was exemplary. It was a comfort to me also as I live far away.

As a family, we are all extremely happy, with the level of care Mum receives from Epoch Home Care.
All members of staff, including management, office staff, carers and domestic staff are all well trained and act in a professional manner, at all times.
The level of care given to Mum is outstanding.
She is always treated with kindness and dignity.
Epoch gives practical and emotional support to the family when needed.
Communication from all members of staff with the family is outstanding.
