Our family have been extremely happy with these guys from the very start. More importantly, Dad has been content with the care. The manager has been there for us from the very start as a support, so we are very grateful to her. The personable team have managed to keep Dad at home, independent and that's been our goal.
From contact in a bit of a crisis, to receiving person centred care, WiCare were a great addition to provide the essential support for my relative. They took the time to get to know her, to increase her engagement and acceptance.
