Overall care is very good. Carers are always friendly, chatty and polite and do their job to a high standard. We always feel special, and they never appear to be in a hurry to leave and ensure everything is tidy before they go.

Sue is treated with kindness and dignity at all times.

Very satisfied with the care provided by Harvest Life Care. All care staff look after me very well and are always kind and caring towards me.

I've had Harvest life for the last few years now and honestly I would not want anyone else. I can phone them anytime I need to talk to them about anything to do with my care and they always do what they can to help me. They understand I only want to shower with a female carer and they stick to the same time and day unless there's a problem and they have to send a different female carer or change the day because of staff shortages or illness. The other day I phoned them to let them know that I had been sick and was not feeling well. 2 carers came one to clean up and the other showered me and they were just incredibly kind and made sure I was ok before leaving.

My dad moved in with me and we were assigned new carers, we were quite concerned about what they were going to be like as our previous carers were atrocious. We were so lucky to get Harvest Life Care, the first call they made I could have cried. They were so lovely and caring, did everything required and took plenty of time seeing my my dad's needs. I can't express how lovely all the carers are that come to us, we are so lucky to have them. Thank you so much for caring.

The care my father received over the last 12 days was impeccable and each carer went above and beyond their line of duty. As a family, we could not have asked for anything more. They cared for my father with dignity and respect, even when he became unresponsive. They all fitted into our lifestyle so well, like they were part of the furniture!

I have never met such wonderful caring people. My partner was very difficult some days but they just talked calmly to him and carried on with their job he was in a lot of pain but they were calm and caring towards him I could not have done what they did. They made the end of his life care so much easier for me.

Very little communication apart from with carers.

The carers treated my husband with dignity and respect. They chatted with him and made him feel comfortable with the care he was receiving. They always checked in with the family to see if we needed any more support. Without this excellent care, we could not have met my husband's final wishes.

Everyone knows care workers are not easy to supply. In view of this, Harvest Life Care do a very good job and their very best to supply and meet people's requirements.
