Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Worst carers I have seen and heard of. Leaving dog mess in a kitchen for two days while the person they are caring for is in her chair or in her bed with no way of cleaning it and refusing to clean it. Lazy and rude.
Do not hire these people the management is useless and refuse to speak and instead
hand post letters with answers to complaints.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel let down by our staff. Our staff were following the support plan, of which the service user was aware. We aim at providing person-centered care to all our service users. We have always been in contact with the service user regularly via text, phone, email, and in person.
Since the above issue, our manager has been to visit the service user and discussed this matter. We wish you all the best for the future.
