Mum's carers did everything they could to keep her comfortable, clean and out of pain. She felt safe and secure, and I could relax for a while knowing she was having the best possible treatment. They were so kind and dealt with all problems that occurred. They were always cheerful, and they could always make her chuckle.
At Aspire, we are satisfied when our customers are satisfied, and in addition, we ae encouraged to do more for the next customer.

I have been able to communicate easily with the office staff both by phone and e mail. Whenever any issues arose they were immediately acted upon and taken seriously, and problems quickly resolved.
Thank you.
Aspire have looked after my late husband for 3 years, my husband had mobility issues and dementia. I cannot praise the carers looking after my husband enough, they were always very caring, empathetic and professional in all aspects of their work. They engaged well with my husband. Having the same carers helped enormously forging a good bond with my late husband.
Thank you for your review. It is always sad to see a loved one go which is why it is so important to have the best of care for them in the last phase of their life. At Aspire, our carers will always do their utmost in providing personalised, empathetic and dignified care to meet the needs of both the person cared for and their close family.
We have been extremely happy with the service provided to my Mother by Aspire in the three years since commencement. She has been treated with great care and dignity by the team who overtime became not just carers but friends too. They always did their best to be here on time and would always confirm if any delay. I was also very happy that any request for a change of time slot was always arranged when without any issue to accommodate Doctors, Hospital appointments etc. Thank you Aspire.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review. We are always happy to help wherever our help is needed and we are delighted to learn that our care team made a difference in your experience of care from Aspire. Appreciated.
The carer that was assigned to my father was a wonderful person, so helpful, very honest and caring. She always let me know if there was a problem. My father was very fond of her and really valued the care she gave.
Aspire always strives to provide the best quality care to every client and our carers always go the extra mile to meet the needs of each individual cared for. We are pleased with the kind comments made.
My husband has dementia and is receiving end-of-life care. The fact that he doesn't communicate at all, is doubly incontinent and is completely bed-bound never detracts from the kindness he is shown by all of the carers, especially three in particular.
They treat my husband with respect and try to retain as much of his dignity as possible in very trying situations. I've no doubt that this is down to the carers themselves. However, it is my hope that Aspire appreciates the dedication and empathy of the staff they employ and treats them accordingly.
To say that I could not cope without them would be a gross understatement indeed.
We are grateful for your honest and kind comments about the care your husband receives from our carers. At Aspire we are always striving to provide compassionate and person-centred care that is sensitive to the individual needs of all our service users. We are only satisfied when our service users and their relatives are satisfied with the service we provide to them.
A huge thank you to Aspire Community Care & Support and their team of carers. The care they gave to Mum was absolutely amazing and my mum really appreciated their help. As a family, we are very grateful for the kindness and professionalism the Aspire Care team showed our Mum - their sympathetic touch and gentleness gave us great peace, especially towards the end. I would thoroughly recommend Aspire for anyone who requires carers to attend their home.
Thank you, Mik, for choosing Aspire and for your appreciation for the service from Aspire.
Aspire Community Care & Support cared for my mum suffering from dementia and Parkinson's. The carers were very caring and diligent in all they did, ensuring all aspects of Mum's care were met, staying overtime to ensure this. All aspects you would like to see seen. The girls became part of our family and were aware of Mum's needs. All the carers were very encouraging for the family, and Mum, I am sure, felt comfortable on many occasions. I would truly recommend this service.
At Aspire, we're always glad to help where there is a need.
The three carers who looked after my husband were very caring and considerate. He often commented on how gentle they were. They went above and beyond to help me also. Thank you for all your help.
Thank you.
Very good.
Carers did all of what was asked of them in a friendly manner. All were of a good standard and several were very good.
Good.
I was most impressed by the carers that enabled my husband to die at home. They were professional in the tasks they performed, punctual, treated my husband with respect, maintained his dignity, and cheered him up with their presence.
At Aspire we always go the extra mile and ensure each individual receives a service that is tailored to their needs and preferences. We are satisfied when our service users and their representatives are satisfied.
Exactly as requested, 3 carers, 3 times a day, and a carer all night for my wife over a period of 3 days. Very reassuring and helpful. She died at home, as she wished, in comfort and security.
Support worker well mannered and understanding. Very punctual. Agency managers and staff are flexible and always there to listen to your problems. It would be good if there were more staff available because it can create problems if there is no support worker available, reason being on holiday, sick or staff shortage.
Aspire is good care agency. They care well for my daughter. The carers are very good in their timekeeping. They look after her well and are polite. They care for her very well and also she has challenging behaviour. She is wheelchair bound and has a learning disability. I always have staff to support her it is a very reliable agency.
All of the carers at Aspire Community Care & Support strove to provide my mother with the best possible care. I am so grateful that they treated my mother with dignity and res[ect at all times. Unlike previous experiences with other care agencies, Aspire Community Care & Support never rushed their duties and remained with my mother for the duration of their allotted time. They went the extra mile by staying later, encouraging my mother and being supportive towards the family. We are extremely grateful to Aspire Community Care & Support and would strongly recommend them all to others.
The carers go the extra mile to give care; since my husband came home from respite he has been very low, sleepy and uncommunicative. When he said yesterday he wanted to come downstairs, they cheered him! My husband is very good at recovering from incidents such as the one he suffered in A&E a couple of weeks ago but, honestly, I don't think he would have revived nearly as well this time if he hadn't had such encouragement and love from your staff who care for him.
Every time the District Nurses visit they are complimentary about the way in which he is cared for; the way his very thin skin is beautifully cared for is always commented upon, as is his general state of cleanliness and his positive interactions with his carers.
They are all patient, caring, kind, understanding and professional. They make what is essentially a very difficult time so much easier to cope with.
