Goldstar Care has been very professional. The live-in carer they provided has empathy, patience, kindness and diligent in caring for my mother-in-law, who is suffering from Dementia as well as Physical Immobility. It gives us every confidence in engaging their services.
The family is very kind and supportive. It was an amazing experience to work with this family. Daughter-in-law is an example herself, who is very kind and taking care of her mum-in-law round the clock. Our service user was very good and supportive too. Many thanks for providing us with an opportunity to prove ourselves.
A great service provided. They really care. They really take the time to know me personally. They always smile and are happy to help. They take the time to listen to my needs and wants. They are flexible and always pick up the phone especially when I need them in the hospital. I really like the fact that I can communicate with them in Gujarati, which makes it easier.
No call has been missed, carers are so caring and polite, understand my mum's needs and respect her choices. They are very flexible.

My mother-in-law is very particular and hardly satisfied but she is very happy with the carers of Goldstar Care Services. Same carers come every day and know their job well. All are highly trained and qualified. In short, I can say 10 out of 10.
My mum has two amazing Gujarati speaking carers. They care for her beautifully, keep her happy, enable her to enjoy things, cook and feed her Gujarati food and support her to go to the day centre regularly. They also allow her to celebrate all Hindu festivals as well as Christmas and New Year gracefully. Excellent services at an affordable rate.
Carers are very flexible, caring, compassionate. They are well trained and understand my needs. They make me smile, good at what they do. I got very consistant two carers throughout the year. They treat me as their mother. The Manager/Director is also very effective and always communicates well. Highly recommend the Goldstar care team!

The staff of Goldstar Care Services Limited are very caring and compassionate. I can fully rely on them and they have never let me down since the first day of the service till date. The carers are fully trained and qualified and know what they are doing. They are also very flexible. If I have GP or hospital appointments, they can adjust the timings accordingly.
