Recently, my aunt has been in and out of hospital and they went over and above there duties by advocating that she be in a safe care home. She is now in a lovely care home with 24 hour care which she definitely needs. I know these carers will keep in touch with my aunt, and I can't thank them enough for all that they've done.

Very happy with the service workers very helpful and friendly I get on well with everyone.

Overall very pleased with the care my mother receives. She is happy and gets on well with all the staff. They provide excellent personal care. She would have liked to have given 4+ for the overall experience. On another note the staff are very quick to pick up on any safety and or health concerns notifying me and escalating as necessary.

I find the level of care and support provided very satisfactory. The carers are well trained and very professional and the use of regular carers builds up a valuable client/carer relationship.

My grandmother is very thankful to Triple Home Care, who take her out for her food shopping trip each week and also check if she needs other jobs done in the house. They recently organised a special party for her to celebrate VE Day. When her late husband was alive, they gave him great nursing care. Her carer is wonderful!

Triple Home Care staff are caring, compassionate and very skilled. My husband has the same small group of carers who look after him, they are familiar with his complex needs and he feels safe and supported in their care. The staff and management communicate well with me and offer me support and understanding. I am very glad I chose this company to look after my husband.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always on time and ask if I want. I am very happy with the service provided.

My experience with Triple Home Care is like going on a rollercoaster ride at a fair carnival and not knowing who knows to administer my my medications at the night time and not have been told by phone of delay, as I always feel as though I am still a client with needs and sometimes in it's and then out depending on my medication time and feeling as though my mental health comes second, but they are always on time.

Always keep you informed of any possible problems that may arise and suggest remedies and whether there is need for further investigation

Triple Home Care have been helping my Dad who suffers from dementia stay in his home for as long as possible. They took the time to get to know him and supported him with personal and domestic care. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Mum was looked after by this company for many years. She suffered with dementia and wanted to stay home. Besides the odd problem that was very quickly resolved they are such a dedicated team that cared for and treated mum like she was their family so caring and lovely. I could not have wished for and felt completely safe leaving mum in their care. Cannot speak highly enough. Highly recommend. They always had a Giggle with mum and nothing was ever too much trouble.

I would really like to commend the whole team, who have time for clients and listen to any concerns or requests and always aim to make life easier, nothing is too much trouble and I feel fully supported by the team, from Management to care team, every member works for the best interest of my son, and I feel reassured they can adapt to his needs at all times. I would recommend THC to any friend or family member who needs excellent care in their own home, and as a nurse/midwife feel my expectations are high at times, however THC never disappoints.

Caters are so lovely towards my grandad. Treating him with respect, chatting and engaging with him. So lovely to see. Took their time to give him the care he requires. So good to know he is being well looked after.
