The carers were all excellent and punctual and helpful and friendly.. They all liked a chat and I liked that, being an Butcher in Australia l have allways talked to people.. Some pretend carer company's in London send fake people that can't hold a conversation..Ali and Tara have a firm hold on their team and it's a happy company... Anyway l had to leave Hastings because the Council decided l had No Connection to the place ? ?, Pathetic... sad that I had to leave, l miss all the gang that looked after me..
We needed care for 88 year old mum with dementia and 89 year old fragile dad. New to care, but Tara, Ali and the team are a dream! We started with 3 visits a week rising to 10 visits a week. All interactions are like dealing with reliable friends. They have been super flexible to meet our needs. I met a couple of the carers and they are spot on, I really trust them all.
They sit and talk to her about the past and try to get her to go out more.
Looking for the best appropriate care for my father was a mine field. Having found Everycare we struck lucky. The care provided was altered to best suit his needs and what he felt comfortable with. Having been a proud man dad found it difficult to accept help but all the staff cared for him with the greatest respect, dignity, and communication skills that he came to really like their visits. Between the team they communicated about dads needs and how best to suit him. The liaison with me was fantastic too. As a family we were so grateful and appreciated of all the team did together for the best for my father. A truly wonderful team that we would highly recommend.

I need my flat cleaned every week, and struggle to do it on my own as I have problems with dexterity, dyspraxia, fine motor coordination problems and OCD. Staff have been attentive, reliable, friendly, helpful and thorough. I warmly recommend this excellent service.
My mum needed some morning help after her operation and the team from Everycare came round very quickly to assess and speak about what they could offer. The carers came round each morning for the arranged week and helped mum get up in the morning.

Everycare have provided consistent, familiar and friendly staff who have the skills and aptitude to provide compassionate care. Initial minor concerns have been quickly and adequately addressed. I have been with this agency since I moved here in 2020. The staff are kind, courteous, reliable and friendly. I have had difficulties with unreliable agencies in the past but not this one. This is the best agency I have used to date. They arrive when they say they will. Their staff will do and help with anything I cannot do myself or I want help with. The difference with this agency is enormous.
I have used their services since September 2020 and they have overseen my move to Bexhill, going out of their way to do so. The Managerial staff are approachable and with their friendly carers I sometimes dont feel I am employing an agency as they always try to keep the same routine and staff for my needs. First Rate- and I don't say these things lightly, They are a brilliant agency and have one of the best work ethics, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. “My background has been managing complex care services during which I led effectively and efficiently a multi-disciplinary team. I also have experience in collaborating and working in partnership with several health professionals.
I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and various other qualifications.
