Everycare have been supporting my elderly parents for the past four years. We have found their help invaluable in supporting day-to-day needs, flexing to support us in those times where we've needed extra help and always being responsive to what is required. My parents were hesitant to have people in their home even though they needed the support and the team responded to this by taking the time to build trust and friendship with them so that they are now integrated as a key part of their support team. In addition to the on the ground care, we have found the organisation to be well managed with management always available to discuss care arrangements. We don't know what we'd do without them!

Overall Experience

My Father's receives live in care from Everycare Hastings, which has always been excellent. He has the same carers that rotate on a weekly to 3 weekly bases. All his cares know him well and take very good care of him. I have direct contact with his carers and they let me know of appointments and relevant information about his health and wellbeing. They are always professional and caring when discussing my father and his needs.

There is a great management structure and the management team provide great communication with me and my father on matters of his care and wellbeing. There is always someone to discuss any matters that might arise and find workable solutions where needed.

I feel my dad is in very good hands and he is happy with the care he receives.

The care agency staff are professional well trained and reliable.
I felt confident in leaving my 102 year old aunt in their care 24 hrs a day every day in the knowledge they could manage her complex needs.

They where happy to answer any questions I had re guarding her care needs and flexible in their approach to the activities of her daily life.

The carers were all excellent and punctual and helpful and friendly.. They all liked a chat and I liked that, being an Butcher in Australia l have allways talked to people.. Some pretend carer company's in London send fake people that can't hold a conversation..Ali and Tara have a firm hold on their team and it's a happy company... Anyway l had to leave Hastings because the Council decided l had No Connection to the place ? ?, Pathetic... sad that I had to leave, l miss all the gang that looked after me..

We needed care for 88 year old mum with dementia and 89 year old fragile dad. New to care, but Tara, Ali and the team are a dream! We started with 3 visits a week rising to 10 visits a week. All interactions are like dealing with reliable friends. They have been super flexible to meet our needs. I met a couple of the carers and they are spot on, I really trust them all.

I find all staff very kind and caring. Always give feedback on mum if needed. Mum likes all the staff that come to see her abd trusts them all.

They sit and talk to her about the past and try to get her to go out more.

Overall Experience

Looking for the best appropriate care for my father was a mine field. Having found Everycare we struck lucky. The care provided was altered to best suit his needs and what he felt comfortable with. Having been a proud man dad found it difficult to accept help but all the staff cared for him with the greatest respect, dignity, and communication skills that he came to really like their visits. Between the team they communicated about dads needs and how best to suit him. The liaison with me was fantastic too. As a family we were so grateful and appreciated of all the team did together for the best for my father. A truly wonderful team that we would highly recommend.

I need my flat cleaned every week, and struggle to do it on my own as I have problems with dexterity, dyspraxia, fine motor coordination problems and OCD. Staff have been attentive, reliable, friendly, helpful and thorough. I warmly recommend this excellent service.

Everycare Hastings have been brilliant.
My mum needed some morning help after her operation and the team from Everycare came round very quickly to assess and speak about what they could offer. The carers came round each morning for the arranged week and helped mum get up in the morning.
I would strongly recommend Everycare and would not hesitate to have them again if required.

Mum received excellent care and support from Everycare. The admin staff were always available on the phone. Weekly timetables provided with carer's names. We all got to know the same familiar faces.
The standard of care was excellent. The carers were experienced, suggesting ways to make Mum comfortable and improve her diet. They were always punctual and happy to discuss Mum’s needs with family members.

Thank you for looking after our mum, I wish we had found you sooner.

Tara has over 20 years of experience in the care sector and has held managerial positions since 2008.

“My background has been managing complex care services during which I led effectively and efficiently a multi-disciplinary team. I also have experience in collaborating and working in partnership with several health professionals.

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and various other qualifications.

As a Care Manager, my role and responsibility are to ensure that people who use the service are supported to make choices and are protected from physical, psychological and emotional harm, abuse, discrimination and neglect. To respect each individual person’s right, choice, privacy, dignity and fulfilment by promoting empowerment and involvement in all aspects of their daily life.

Every care has a culture of fairness, openness, transparency and equality. I do have a very good sense of duty and responsibility in leading an effective, responsive and caring team for the best outcomes. I am a manager who has a hands-on approach so we can better understand the needs of our clients, and to also ensure high standards are being maintained.
