Everycare Hastings provides a range of In-home care package choices from 45 minutes to 24- hour live-in care.

At Everycare Hastings, continuity is maintained between clients and carers, who are carefully selected for their qualities, experience and knowledge and will provide day-to-day care and support with kindness, respect and compassion.

Everycare Hastings will visit you at home to carry out a free personal care assessment and risk assessment, ensuring you are fully involved and all choices are discussed and explained clearly. They will introduce caregivers before service commences and provide an on-going 24-hour support network for staff, clients and family members/advocates alike.

I was in desperate need of help with the care of my late mother as I could no longer cope on my own and was extremely tired. I phoned Everycare Hastings, having seen good reports on the internet, and they arranged an immediate assessment, swiftly followed by putting my care needs in place within a matter
of days. They took a lot of trouble to find the right carers for the job, and both of them were incredibly efficient, kind and very understanding. They supported me as much as my mother, and I really don’t know how I would have managed without their help.

Our experience with Everycare Hastings has been excellent from start to finish. The manager is delightful and took a great deal of trouble to get to know my mother-in-law and to understand her needs. We have met two lovely carers who come in rotation and both are very kind, patient and competent - my

Everyone has been exceptional looking after my Aunt, aged 93. The office staff have informed me about any concerns over her care and discussed their issues to satisfactory conclusions. All the staff are friendly and I don't know what we would do without the care shown, as she has no immediate family,
only me, her niece and I live an hour away.

Everycare offer a caring and professional service. We used them to support Mum to feel less isolated and she struck up a good relationship with the carer who was kind and compassionate and went the extra mile when needed.
The referral and assessment process was quick and efficient and the managers
are approachable, kind and again, go the extra mile.
The kindness the team showed Mum when she experienced a crisis was lovely and I felt confident that they had Mum's interests at heart at all times.

I am very impressed with the level of service that Everycare provides. An initial assessment of my parent's needs was carried out promptly and care commenced soon afterwards. The care manager made the first few visits before allocating a suitable carer. This is very good practice. I have been contacted
whenever there is the slightest concern. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

I needed care for my parents unexpectedly between Christmas and New Year to enable a safe discharge from the hospital. I called Everycare on the Saturday after Christmas and had care in place every day 8 days later! Exceptional service and so pleased with the carers that have been coming. We mainly
have one carer so she is building a good relationship with both parents, dad has Alzheimer's so this has been great. Nothing is too much trouble and we have had extra care put in place with a phone call if required.

Everycare were amazing. We were faced with an emergency situation with my father who needed immediate assistance. They were able to send someone the same day. Every visit was the highlight of my Father's day, and the carer was just exceptional. I would recommend without hesitation.

“My background has been managing complex care services during which I led effectively and efficiently a multi-disciplinary team. I also have experience in collaborating and working in partnership with several health professionals.


I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and various other qualifications.


As a Care Manager, my role and responsibility are to ensure that people who use the service are supported to make choices and are protected from physical, psychological and emotional harm, abuse, discrimination and neglect. To respect each individual person’s right, choice, privacy, dignity and fulfilment by promoting empowerment and involvement in all aspects of their daily life.


Every care has a culture of fairness, openness, transparency and equality. I do have a very good sense of duty, and responsibility in leading an effective, responsive and caring team for the best outcomes. I am a manager who has a hands-on approach so we can better understand the needs of our clients to also ensure high standards are being maintained.
