Everycare Hastings, Battle, Bexhill and Tunbridge Wells

I have found all my dealings with this service to be excellent in every way it can be and would recommend both the service operators and the care worker we have been provided with to anyone in need of home care.

The carer was absolutely excellent, indeed my husband said she was perfect. Her coming to help my husband enabled me to go away for 6 days which was a great treat. Thank you to her, the care manager and everyone at Everycare.

I was in desperate need of help with the care of my late mother as I could no longer cope on my own and was extremely tired. I phoned Everycare Hastings, having seen good reports on the internet, and they arranged an immediate assessment, swiftly followed by putting my care needs in place within a matter of days. They took a lot of trouble to find the right carers for the job, and both of them were incredibly efficient, kind and very understanding. They supported me as much as my mother, and I really don’t know how I would have managed without their help.

The care I receive, twice a week, is excellent. Everycare Hastings is caring and reliable in all aspects. I’m very happy with the carer and the management.

Our experience with Everycare Hastings has been excellent from start to finish. The manager is delightful and took a great deal of trouble to get to know my mother-in-law and to understand her needs. We have met two lovely carers who come in rotation and both are very kind, patient and competent - my mother-in-law feels very much valued and looked after. We all feel really lucky to have chosen Everycare.

Everyone has been exceptional looking after my Aunt, aged 93. The office staff have informed me about any concerns over her care and discussed their issues to satisfactory conclusions. All the staff are friendly and I don't know what we would do without the care shown, as she has no immediate family, only me, her niece and I live an hour away.

The kindness the team showed Mum when she experienced a crisis was lovely and I felt confident that they had Mum's interests at heart at all times.

I am very impressed with the level of service that Everycare provides. An initial assessment of my parent's needs was carried out promptly and care commenced soon afterwards. The care manager made the first few visits before allocating a suitable carer. This is very good practice. I have been contacted whenever there is the slightest concern. I cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

Staff and management quick to respond helpful considerate and polite always cheerful.

They have been friendly and professional with a great level of care. All staff has been prompt and courteous. The knowledge and training of the staff are high and the management keep in contact and seem to genuinely care about the level of service provided.

The carer that looks after my mother goes out of her way to help. I can't praise them enough for the help and attendance to my 94-year-old mother; it makes her day to see them.

I needed care for my parents unexpectedly between Christmas and New Year to enable a safe discharge from the hospital. I called Everycare on the Saturday after Christmas and had care in place every day 8 days later! Exceptional service and so pleased with the carers that have been coming. We mainly have one carer so she is building a good relationship with both parents, dad has Alzheimer's so this has been great. Nothing is too much trouble and we have had extra care put in place with a phone call if required.

Morning visits (1.5 hrs) 6 days per week cover my needs adequately. Regular carer and occasional relief both excellent in all respects (medication, bathing, dressing, laundry, waste/recycling, washing-up, vacuum-cleaning, etc.) as required. Interested in the client's family and social activities. Very friendly and cheerful.

Considering the service we received, compared to what has been rendered by similar services from others, we all were fully satisfied and excellent service and nice people. Kind and helpful, nothing missing or overlooked. I was happy and recommend to all who may need such or similar work for their beloved ones. Thanks guys, well done.

Very happy with the service. All the staff are kind and helpful. My Mums carer is excellent, kind patient and always turns up on time. This company goes that bit extra for their clients and I highly recommend them.
