Although we only had KCL Care for 4 months before my husband passed away, I would highly recommend the care staff, nothing was too much trouble. My husband always enjoyed their visits and they would go the extra mile to help me with household duties. I can not thank them enough for all their help in my husband's final months with respect to all the staff.

It is difficult to make an accurate assessment as I have not personally met with all of my Mother's care team members. Mum has given me mixed opinions from time to time. Her care needs have been met and although there have been some communication issues, the management have been easy to approach and swift to deal with any concerns. There are still some inconsistencies regarding duties, but I am assured they are being addressed. My Mum enjoys seeing the ladies and is happy for them now to assist her. Where once, she would never had allowed help.

KCL have been excellent in the care of my mother. All the carers are warm, friendly and empathetic - yet completely professional. The staff all go above and beyond what one would expect. In difficult circumstances, they have not only helped in the day-to-day care of my mum, but their dependability has provided my mum with established routines - helping her general anxiety and taking a great deal of stress away from family - knowing Mum is in safe hands. Highly recommend it as a care agency.

The KCL Carers for my mother are the best. She loves their visits and they are always professional, courteous and caring. Highly recommended for anyone looking for home care. My mother had another service before KCL took over and we can honestly say that KCL stands out head and shoulders above the other company in their manner and concern. Fabulous.

KCL has been caring for my dad 4 times every day for the past couple of years. All carers have been absolutely amazing. We feel so very lucky and have complete confidence that Dad is being cared for to the utmost degree. We would certainly recommend this company.

The nursing staff from KCL Care were absolutely wonderful in looking after Mum. We were able to keep her in her own home for as long as possible until it eventually became impossible and Mum needed 24-hour care in a nursing home. The ladies from KCL were so caring and went above and beyond in their duties, forming real friendships with Mum and giving her a very high standard of care during their visits.

KCL Care Ltd looked after my 97-year-old father for about 7 months after a fall at home. I always found the staff very caring, supportive and friendly and I know my father certainly enjoyed being in their care. They kept us informed and cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication in caring for my father, they went above and beyond.

I have been with KCL Care for the past 8 years, they also cared for my late father for a number of years, I feel they have really supported me over the past 12 months acquiring, preparing, and moving into my own property. I have been supported to regain my independence with the ongoing support of the Manager and care staff and at last, be in control of my care and life, in fact, I have been given a new lease of life. I know I am able to contact the staff and management at any time if I need them and they are always willing to listen, they are all so friendly and supportive, I would highly recommend them, they provide me with a first-class service and friendship.

KCL staff cared for my parents in their own home. Firstly, my mother starting some 7 years ago and more recently, for my father. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and friendship they extended to the family over this period. They were always in contact and kept us fully up to date with any issues or events. We could ring them and talk through anything at any time. The staff not only did their job with professionalism and diligence but also with that friendly human touch that you can't put a price on.
