Happy Futures are amazing. They work with the individual to work out what works best for them. They are kind, fun, but most of all they listened and adapted to what was needed. I was kept informed and they even made a lovely memory book of the things they had got up to. Staff are professional and very
caring. I have a feeling we may be back at some point.

Over many years we have used many care companies but Happy Futures have been the best by far
Carers genuinely love their role and are proactive, supportive and empathetic to the individual they support
Management ensure that their passion and enthusiasm for outstanding care is embedded and spread
throughout the company so that the individual is respected, safe and empowered to make choices and be happy in their lives
I have complete trust in the company and the carers that my sunshine who is very complex, is in the best of hands when receiving respite at home or out and about
The Skills Centre is amazing and provides an added benefit of the opportunity to make friends in a creative environment for the individuals that are supported within the company

Even though my brother has only been with Happy Futures for a month I am delighted to say that all my dealings with Happy Futures have been excellent. Communication, responsiveness, reassurance, compassion, help and advice – all excellent. And most important of all, their understanding of my brother,
and the thought and creative effort used to help build relationships and introduce experiences to facilitate his transition from hospital to his new home – I could not have hoped for more. They fill me with confidence and I know that my brother is already thriving and is very happy in his new home because of the people, and the incredibly positive atmosphere they create. Just excellent!

Happy Futures is amazing. I was so impressed by the level of care and support they provide to their individuals, their families, and the Happy Futures staff.


The CEO goes above and beyond to make sure individuals have every comfort and amenity. She cares for individuals as though they were her

own family.


Add in a beautiful centre that is open 24/7 that any client may use that includes everything from arts and crafts to a sensory room. It’s easy to see why Happy Futures is the gold standard.


I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for complex care needs.

Happy Futures are absolutely fantastic. My son has weekly support and he is treated with the utmost respect at all times. I can continue to work knowing he is well cared for and having lots of fun, whether it is doing craft work, cooking, or trips out to his favourite places, I know he is enjoying
his day. Nothing is too much trouble for the support staff. They have attended hospital appointments with my son and also taken him to the barbers. 10 out of 10 for Happy Futures!
