Brighter care have been amazing looking after my godmother. We live several hours away so it has not always been possible to be as present as we would like, yet brighter care have gone out of their way to support my godmother and us. They have cared for our loved one as they would their own for which we are truly grateful and gave us great peace of mind knowing she had them as support.

Our elderly friend has been using the services of Brighter Care for some years now and we remain totally satisfied with the care provided. They continue to go above and beyond the norm, for example making extra visits to collect and deliver medication or to be there when the doctor or health professional visits. They are kind, friendly and very caring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

All good, sometimes times have to be changed which is slightly annoying for an elderly person. Staff consistency is the main thing, and that is provided well as the elderly don't like change or the of people looking after them.

Hi, I have found this agency absolutely great, the carers that go to see my mum every day, are professional, warm, and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. We as a family have got to know them all and have no complaints. May I also add the Deputy manager at the office is so kind and understanding, you have a diamond of a lady there.

The service provided is as good as possible given the time available on each occasion, but more time would have been much better. The cheerful approach of the staff is much appreciated.

After coming out of hospital, my mother was, at first, reluctant to accept any help from carers but gradually built up good relationships and enjoyed the visits from the kind ladies. Unfortunately, my mother’s dementia meant that some days she was not in a good place which meant that the 30-minute session with the carer was not sufficient time to get my mother up and ready. But the carers always did their best, were very patient, understanding and considerate towards her at all times and it was much appreciated when they stayed longer to help my mother. Management was always very helpful with any specific requests and took the time to listen to my mother’s needs. Overall, the carers were brilliant with my mother and I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Bright Care Agency.

I am very happy with the care I received from all the carers I have contact with. Nothing is too much trouble and they are really helpful. It is really nice to have a chat with somebody in the morning or in the evening when they ask how your day has been especially if you live alone.
