I contacted Havant Homecare after my dad came out of hospital in January to provide care for my dad. The whole experience was fantastic, the care provided was excellent, the small team who came in to help wash and dress my dad were gentle, kind, attentive, listened to my dad’s stories and took care of all his needs, doing anything he asked of them. I highly recommend anyone who needs care at home for their parents to use these care providers - they are so professional and most importantly genuine. They kept in touch with me even after my dad was taken ill and unfortunately had to go into a care home.

Meet the Team (4)
Katrina founded Havant Homecare in 2015. She has over 20 years experience in delivering home care services after working in a number of small businesses as well as one of the UK’s largest franchise care providers and the NHS.
Chanel Byng is the Registered Manager at Havant Homecare and oversees the day-to-day running, quality and development of the service. She works closely with both staff and customers to ensure high standards of care are maintained, whilst continuing to support the growth and development of the business.
Chanel remains actively involved within the service, providing leadership and support to the care team, building positive relationships with customers and families, and ensuring care is delivered with compassion, dignity and professionalism.
She has completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is currently completing a Level 7 Senior Leader qualification in Health and Social Care, further strengthening her knowledge and leadership within the sector.
Kayla has been part of the Havant Homecare team since December 2022 and is a dedicated Support Coordinator and valued member of the management team. Throughout her time with the company, Kayla has shown a strong commitment to both personal development and delivering high standards of care.
Since joining HHC, Kayla has completed her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and has recently started her Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, supporting her progression within the sector.
Kayla is also a Moving and Handling Trainer and plays an active role in supporting staff with safe working practices and promoting high-quality care delivery. She is particularly passionate about infection control, end of life care, and moving and handling, and is committed to ensuring customers receive safe, compassionate and dignified support at all times.
Alongside her office-based responsibilities, Kayla continues to support staff and customers across the service and is an approachable and supportive part of the management team.
Stevie joined Havant Homecare in November 2025 as a Support Coordinator and has quickly become a valued member of the management team. Stevie is eager to learn, highly motivated and passionate about providing high-quality care and support to both customers and staff.
Alongside supporting the day-to-day running of the office, Stevie also remains hands-on within the community, working out in the field to support customers and the care team. This allows her to maintain strong working relationships and a good understanding of customers’ individual needs.
Stevie has recently started her Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care and is committed to progressing her career within the health and social care sector. Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to development make her a strong asset to the team.
