This company really needs to get their act together. The carers themselves are nice people, but they continually make mistakes. Examples, left the freezer door open over night, left the fridge door open all day, left the front door wide open. Often leave the keysafe half open. Leave medication out...
This company really needs to get their act together. The carers themselves are nice people, but they continually make mistakes. Examples, left the freezer door open over night, left the fridge door open all day, left the front door wide open. Often leave the keysafe half open. Leave medication out instead of putting it back in its place. I could go on forever with their mistakes, but the answer lies with the company who do nothing about the issues. I'm on the verge of banning the cares that make mistakes. Hopefully then the management will start doing something. I honestly wouldn't recommend this company as they stand.
