Very polite and helpful.

We would highly recommend this excellent service that helps enormously with special needs children. The carers help my son and daughter increase her communication, happiness and growth. She has changed a lot since having this care.

They were very friendly and helpful at all times. On the odd occasion that a member of staff was not suitable then it was dealt with quickly and with no problem. Some of the members of staff went above and beyond to help our family and took a lot of time, care and effort.

I have had no problems. Gims have cared for my mum for over two years. They have been great in some very difficult times.

The carer has been fantastic, she has done a great job with my son. He knows most of the places surrounding Romford, he knows Hornchurch, Upminster, Stratford, Oxford, Brentwood, Collier Row, Lakeside and Dagenham (Marsh Way).

The care provider management are excellent in terms of communication and takes steps to address any concerns or act on feedback. The staff who attend to support my husband work well within a set routine. The care provided is let down by a minority of staff who do not maintain the standards set in the training.

My experience of the service has been a rewarding one. The staff have been supportive, very professional and understand the needs of the client and carer. Without such an excellent service, my life would be very stressful. I am very grateful to have it.

My daughter's carer is very professional, polite and caring. She treats my daughter with respect, dignity and really cares about her welfare. She is friendly, professional and caring as all of the staff I had had dealings with at Gims Care Solution Ltd are. I can highly recommend them.

Since using the service from Gims Care, we don't have to worry about the uncertainty of carer may not turn up, Gims Care always ensure no disruption of support which is very important for us. Besides, staff are always gentle and caring for my daughter. I have already recommended Gims Care to other parents in the positive parents group as I am very happy with the service provided by the team and will continue to carry on using their support.

The children's carer comes to the house twice a week, 4 hours for my daughter, 4 for my son. Takes them out to the shops etc.

I am impressed with the consistently high standard of care as well as the level of communication between the management, carers and myself and other family members. The care and support provided for my mother sometimes in less than ideal circumstances has been greatly appreciated as it is obviously important to us that she feels safe and comfortable in her own home.

Care for both parents has been provided to an excellent standard. The carers are caring individuals with good communication skills. As a family, it puts our minds at rest knowing that they are well looked after.

Overall the work carried out by the carers is satisfactory however there have been times when there have been minor issues but these have been cleared amicably.
