From the minute the company was chosen by CHC we didn't look back.
The company is well run and always listens to your point of view. I always knew that I could get help whenever needed.
The carers were punctual and caring. We had a good partnership with the same aim, to provide the best care for our daughter.
The carers soon became part of our family. They came on holidays with us, which was one of our main goals as a family when our daughter moved back home.

We will always be grateful for the support the company gave and the relationships we have all made over the last year or so.

Amazing care was given from this company during my mom's final week on palatine care. They treated her with upmost of respect and kindness and were so gentle with her. I would recommend this company to anybody. Very professional and so helpful.

The team provided care for my mum in the last few weeks of her life Jan - Feb 2025. They were so attentive, thoughtful and compassionate. They were also jolly and added to her day. They stepped in at a few hours notice to sit with my mum overnight which was invaluable to us as a family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They came to see her as she left to go to the hospice and one member from the team came to my mum's funeral - some very special people for whom is it more than a job.

When my mom came out of hospital in December for end of life the hospital gave her 3 months we are now in March and mom is just improving everyday we had to change care agency when she was sent home we as a family was a bit worried about changing but because we wanted to get her home asap because in hospital she was deteriorating but it was the best decision we made for mom Divine Intervention have been amazing they are so care & will go above & beyond for mom. Mom trusts them. I would highly recommend them. All of mom's carers are fab. Mom has gone from bed bound to been able to sit out in her chair for a few hours a days that's with the assistance of the fabulous carers.

Cannot fault these in any way, carers for my wife are very polite, courteous and very helpful. Contacted by head office to see how we are doing and if we need anything. Very satisfied with their services and would recommend these wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Overall Experience

Divine Intervention has provided care for our sister for the last year. The whole team have been wonderful at every level. The manager is very approachable and always responds promptly to calls and emails taking into account any special requests made. Communication with her is simple as she is so accommodating and helpful. The caring staff are very kind and considerate, treating our sister with compassion and respect while helping her to retain as much dignity and independence as possible despite her very complex needs. We feel she is safe and well cared for which gives the family peace of mind.

All the ladies are amazing, they treated my mom like she was part of the family to them, they were never in a rush and always had time and patience to listen to what she had to say, they would be laughing and joking with her, just making sure that for the time she had left with us she was happy and comfortable in her own home. When the time came and she left this world it was with two of her amazing care team with her. Three of my mom's care team were even able to come to the funeral and bring flowers. This is the type of care everyone should have if they needed to change the time or frequency of visits within the day they would call and ask if we were ok with the change of schedule.

Overall Experience

The cares came out to help us care for our terminally ill mother. They gave her a bed bath every day and changed her nightwear. They made sure mom was always clean and comfortable (nappies, pillows, bed etc). Mom was not incontinent so not a comfortable experience for her but the carers were very kind and gentle with her, always using her name and talking through what they were doing. We also had night cover on occasions which we found difficult but it definitely gave us a break and was much appreciated. We were also advised on products to use on mom. We looked after our mom and dad for a number of years and this was the first experience with carers. We found them approachable, kind and supportive at a time that was very difficult for us as a family.

I have employed this care company to give care to my stepdad for the last 12 months. I can't praise the quality of care and support they give highly enough. They are a fantastic team and always diligent, happy and never in a hurry. Never had a problem even when we have had to change arrangements at short notice, brilliant care company.
