Divine are a first-class service provider. My care is always carried out in a friendly yet professional manner and I am treated with dignity at all times. My care is carried out in a calm manner and any worries that I have are always listened to and advice given if required. The care I receive is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

The service is well-organised and the carers are friendly and efficient. I have never not received a carer when expected. At present, my needs are limited, but I feel that when they increase, the service will be able to cope well.

My mother died in mid-August 2020 aged 99. For many years she has relied on the carers' help. At 99 of course she had her grumbles but always managed to resolve them. In my opinion (and I am sure her's) she would not have been looked after better by anyone else. Thank you all.

I have always found the service very good - nothing is too much trouble, all staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Always approachable. Visits can sometimes be early or late but I accept that's unavoidable because of the nature of the job - delays can happen etc.

The carers come in to my mother four times a day and help with washing, dressing, meals, etc, according to the time of day in a friendly and professional way. They have also happily helped out with the occasional purchase of milk etc which is over and above their normal duties for which my mother is very grateful.

The carers that come in to see my husband, brighten his day, they are always cheerful and do the best job they can to make sure he is comfortable. They do as much for his mental wellbeing as physical needs. Nothing is too much trouble. The office staff are always helpful.
