The service is well-organised and the carers are friendly and efficient. I have never not received a carer when expected. At present, my needs are limited, but I feel that when they increase, the service will be able to cope well.

I have complete confidence in each one of my husband's carers. I know that they come into our home and will do a thorough, first-rate job. Everyone treats him with respect. Their attitude is one of being positive and cheerful.

My mother died in mid-August 2020 aged 99. For many years she has relied on the carers' help. At 99 of course she had her grumbles but always managed to resolve them. In my opinion (and I am sure her's) she would not have been looked after better by anyone else. Thank you all.

I have always found the service very good - nothing is too much trouble, all staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Always approachable. Visits can sometimes be early or late but I accept that's unavoidable because of the nature of the job - delays can happen etc.

Although the box marked 'staff' has been selected as 'good', there are 3 carers I regard as 'excellent'. I wish it was allowed to identify them. They not only remember everything concerning my care but also anticipate situations which may arise.

The carers come in to my mother four times a day and help with washing, dressing, meals, etc, according to the time of day in a friendly and professional way. The carers that come in to see my husband, brighten his day, they are always cheerful and do the best job they can to make sure he is comfortable. They do as much for his mental wellbeing as physical needs. Nothing is too much trouble. The office staff are always helpful.
