My father in law was looked after by Safe and Sound Homecare Ltd over a period of 12 months. During this time he had great support and care from the carers four times a day who were very attentive to his needs and would contact me directly regarding any major concerns regarding his health and wellbeing.

When speaking to the office regarding issues with my father in law they were always very responsive and helpful and were happy to accommodate his changing needs. They were very supportive right up until he had no choice but to go into a care home which they were supportive of - recognising that he needed full time care.
I would highly recommend Safe and Sound to look after an elderly person in their home who needs support with washing, dressing, meals and cleaning.

My dad was looked after at home for around 10 months until he passed away by the wonderful carers from Safe and Sound. They were all amazing and dad loved being looked after by them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Safe and Sound. I will always remember how well they looked after my dad which means
a great deal.

My carers are very good, some go above and beyond, and they are very caring and always meet my needs. I do have some sit-ins and enjoy going out, with carers it relaxes me without I couldn't do the things to do and go to the places to go.

My wife has dementia. We have a carer who comes in the morning and does a fantastic job. At lunchtime, we have another carer who again does a fantastic job keeping my wife happy. Evening times we have another carer who also does a fantastic job, my wife loves seeing people show knows, you cannot send
just anybody in for her, this only happened once before and it did not work. Life is great, seeing my wife with a big smile on her face. At weekends we have a different carer who she knows. Perfect.

Safe and Sound is lovely and friendly. I have been with them for nearly a year the carers are so nice and chatty and help me with what I need and make sure that I get what I need and am safe before they go. Sometimes I meet other carers if my carer is away.

I am satisfied with my care. The staff are all very friendly and will do anything I require. Also the management are always on the end of the line if I need to speak to them with any query.

From their very first visit, the carers who visit my mum twice a day have always been very caring, cheerful and treated her with kindness. They administer her medication with care and efficiency and are always very thorough when her prescription is changed by her GP or hospital.

An excellent care service. Efficient, professional and friendly carers. Effective communication channels. Always cheerful and pleasant. My father was concerned regarding carers coming into his home, but these concerns were quickly allayed and he now looks forward to his visits.

I would recommend this company in all areas of care provided for both my mother and father-in-law. The carers always acted with kindness, compassion and understanding towards them both, sometimes under difficult circumstances. We had good communication with the management on dealing with and planning
for our parent's care, are always friendly and kind but professional. Would highly recommend this care company.

Thank you very much for the care that Safe and Sound gave to our mum for six months prior to her needing to move permanently into a care home. Carers were very kind to Mum and increased the level of support as Mum's health naturally declined due to old age. The managers were responsive when we had problems
with Mum's increasingly ill health. They suggested options and put these in place.
