Very good kind and caring.

I have been receiving care from Safe & Sound for a year and a half. I have the same carers daily - who are outstanding. They mostly arrive on-time (traffic/prior calls being unpredictable). It has been a big adjustment for me to receive care, but they are always happy and chatty whilst carrying out their tasks, but totally professional and I feel very comfortable with their visits.

My mother was cared for by Safe and Sound Homecare over a 12 month period. From the initial contact and assessment onwards, we received excellent support from our appointed carer. This included personal care, as well as help with daily routines and wellbeing support.

As and when mum's health requirements changed, Safe and Sound quickly adapted their care routine, including the timing and length of their visits.

I would certainly recommend this company as caring, compassionate, and meeting all Mum's needs and our wishes.

As a family we are overall very pleased with the service provided by Safe and Sound.

I've been having some problems recently with my weekend carers not turning up as expected. Mostly not on time and complete visits missed. Contacted your office to ask what happened but no reason was given for this. As I am incontinent and bed ridden this causes me enormous distress both physically and mentally. I'd be grateful if you will kindly look into this. Week days are absolutely fine and I'm very satisfied, your observations on this matter will be much appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you.

My morning carers are very patient with me. All carers are friendly. The food they prepare and and serve me is adequate. Safe and sound do not always stick to the times that I have agreed with. The carers do not always wash up after my meals. Some carers will do my washing but not all of them. PPE is put in my bins.

I would highly recommend Safe and Sound to look after an elderly person in their home who needs support with washing, dressing, meals and cleaning.

My dad was looked after at home for around 10 months until he passed away by the wonderful carers from Safe and Sound. They were all amazing and dad loved being looked after by them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Safe and Sound. I will always remember how well they looked after my dad which means a great deal.

My carers are very good, some go above and beyond, and they are very caring and always meet my needs. I do have some sit-ins and enjoy going out, with carers it relaxes me without I couldn't do the things to do and go to the places to go.

Carers are always pleasant and caring, take an interest in the caring of my wife. Always turn up, keep to their times the best they can. Very happy with the service of Safe and Sound.

My wife has dementia. We have a carer who comes in the morning and does a fantastic job. At lunchtime, we have another carer who again does a fantastic job keeping my wife happy. Evening times we have another carer who also does a fantastic job, my wife loves seeing people show knows, you cannot send just anybody in for her, this only happened once before and it did not work. Life is great, seeing my wife with a big smile on her face. At weekends we have a different carer who she knows. Perfect.

Safe and Sound is lovely and friendly. I have been with them for nearly a year the carers are so nice and chatty and help me with what I need and make sure that I get what I need and am safe before they go. Sometimes I meet other carers if my carer is away.

On my discharge from hospital two carers were the most dedicated folks I have ever met. I was so pleased with their service and would recommend them any time.

I am satisfied with my care. The staff are all very friendly and will do anything I require. Also the management are always on the end of the line if I need to speak to them with any query.

From their very first visit, the carers who visit my mum twice a day have always been very caring, cheerful and treated her with kindness. They administer her medication with care and efficiency and are always very thorough when her prescription is changed by her GP or hospital.

From the first contact I made with Safe and Sound, they have been very supportive and helpful. My father has been very well cared for since his care plan was put in place. I would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends.
