I genuinely thank my lucky stars every day that I found Care Resource Bureau last year to provide home care for my mother who has a worsening Alzheimer's diagnosis. From the first conversation with Tricia, it was clear that her and her team care deeply about the work they do and the people they do it for (including the family). Tricia and the office team frequently go above and beyond for us, supporting me with all of the different aspects of supporting mum through her illness - from medication, to benefit support - nothing ever feels too much and, even when I feel I'm pestering, I'm always reassured.

The care itself has been second to none and has adapted seamlessly when the situation in the home varies as it invariably does with Alzheimer's. I cannot recommend Tricia and the team highly enough. They've given me complete peace of mind and space to have the capacity to support other members of the family and future plan for mum.

Your carer team were incredible, reliable and so very kind to both my husband, myself and the family. Thank you so much for all you did for us over the months of May 2025 - September 2025, we are so grateful.

Care Resource Bureau cared for my wife in her final two weeks. From my first contact with CRB’s owner to the carers’ last visit, everyone who dealt with us was caring, professional and kind. The carers made the daily tasks of keeping my wife clean and comfortable fun for her, and brought smiles and laughter to her lips every day they visited. I cannot recommend CRB highly enough – everyone there was outstanding.

The Manager and her son who is a carer provided end-of-life care for my father - they got on like a house on fire which was lovely to witness. I have nothing but praise for the care provided. Since my dad died they have provided a live-in carer for my mum for the past five years and the level of care provided has, again, been exemplary. There have been a considerable number of issues over these years that have been successfully resolved by the Care Resource Bureau in a timely, competent and caring manner. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending their services.

The Care Resource Bureau is fantastic. We have been so impressed with the level of care provided for my dad and how my mum's health needs have also been considered. The staff are all friendly, caring, happy and smiling. Communication is excellent. The care provided is holistic and the care plan is adapted to my dad’s changing needs.

Over the last three years, my mother has received excellent support from live-in carers provided by Care Resource Bureau. I have also been extremely glad of the advice and guidance provided by the manager as her condition has changed. Overall excellent service.
