Overall Experience

We've used many care providers, but Reto are by far the most professional, respectful and kind. Linda and Ann truly value feedback and work hard to improve services. The carers are always happy, polite and go above and beyond.

On numerous occasions I have had to telephone Reto Care Ltd. Tablets not been given correctly. Dementia patch not put on, missed home call. Dirty clothes put back on. Ran out of tablets, and only informed on the same day. I have recently had an appointment with them and been reassured that this would improve and not happen again, the next day tablet was not taken and found on the table, safe brought to store tablets, carers left tablets on the top.

My Aunty had advanced alzheimer's Retro took over her care Boxing Day from Leighton hospital I can say from our experience they were caring compassionate always treated my Aunty with the upmost respect made sure she was comfortable pain free communication was superb if I needed any information for doctors or nurses all I needed to do was call and had the answer in minutes .

They knew her medication routine reported back always sadly she passed last week but I would highly recommend the carers and company and I thank you all so so much from the whole family

Overall Experience

The service from the staff I can only describe as compassionate efficient and caring. Every one of them both male and female has been wonderful at their jobs, turned up on time, and has lovely personalities. They are a pleasure to have in our home and the care provided is second to none. We would recommend them to anyone.

Overall Experience
Nice friendly carers and responsive management, we had 3-day visits and some overnight care over a few months and found the Reto team to be good all around, with extra time when needed, and faster when not required.

Many thanks for your help caring for my dad.

Overall Experience

My aunty is receiving the appropriate care from her carers. She looks forward to their visits and although she finds it difficult to accept help, is adjusting well with their care and thoughtful approach. Having carers in place has made it so much easier on the rest of the family, knowing that she has someone reliable to care for her, check on her wellbeing and administer medication. Very happy with Reto Care.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise Reto Care enough. They are looking after my Dad who is end of life and every carer has so far provided the highest quality care. They are so patient, kind and respectful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They even check on me and the rest of the family. I trust them completely. They all have hearts of gold. Overall Experience
We used Reto Care from May to the beginning of September 2024 for my 87-year-old mother, who after a fall required care 4 times a day. The care provided was excellent and at all times the carers were conscious of my mum's dignity, especially when she became bed-bound. They were also smiling and cheerful when they visited and all treated mum like she was part of their family.
It is difficult to single out any carer but mum was especially fond of two of them. It was a sad day when we said goodbye to those 2 ladies when mum was moved into a care home.

I would recommend Retocare to anyone needing residential care services.

My Father is very frail and vulnerable after having Sepsis at 90 years old and needs complex care. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, show my dad dignity and respect. They make him food and drink and make mealtimes fun. They cheer him up. They chat to him. They sing to him and make him laugh. He has become fond of them all. They always turn up, have never let him down. I work very well with the team too. They have been there to give me a much needed hug from time to time. I was so worried about the care for my dad but they have taken that all from my shoulders. Thank you, Reto.

Overall Experience

Reto Care provides the highest quality service to my Mum, who is in palliative care. They cannot do enough for her. Every single carer who has looked after my Mum so far (since June 2024) has shown nothing but care, humour, dignity and respect for my Mum. They show care to us as the family too and have worked with us all the way along to make sure the care Mum receives is the best it can possibly be. Reto Care - you are an amazing team - thank you.

Overall Experience

I am so grateful that Reto Care came into our lives at a very difficult time. They visited 4 times a day to tend to my very dear aunt. All the visiting carers were a breath of fresh air in the day. Everybody treated my 96 year old aunt with dignity and kindness. They made her feel special and were able to lift her mood. Although they couldn't state an exact time, the were very reliable. All carers were experienced and confident even when moving a fragile old lady, which used to be painful for her. They always left her feeling more comfortable and clean. I am also grateful for the explanation and help the managers gave to help me to understand the help that was on offer from the CHC when a person has chosen to die at home. The Reto team also worked closely with the district nurses and the family. Listening to our worries and concerns. I am grateful to this very professional company for the support they gave, allowing my aunt to get her wishes for a dignified death at home.

Overall Experience
When my father was discharged from the hospital to spend his remaining days in his own home, Reto Care came into his life, but not only that they came into our family's life and retain one of the family.
Caring, compassion and professionalism are the base of this company's ethos. Each and every member of staff upheld this.

I will never be able to send them enough for all that they did and the joy, happiness and contentment they gave my father.

My mum received excellent care from Reto Care for over two years. Without Reto Cares's brilliant caring staff we would not have had mum with us in her home. The service we received was always friendly and reliable and mum and the careers had great friendliness, they would make her laugh and praise her when she had her hair done. When she was unwell they reacted to the situation. I can never thank Reto Care and its staff enough for their loving care and help. We have all laughed and cried together throughout our two-year journey and would highly recommend Reto Care to anyone.

The Care provided by Reto was a huge improvement compared with a previous care package.
The staff were pleasant, professional and kind, which is always very reassuring for family members.

My dad was looked after with care and dignity, it's a shame I can't mention names but the gentleman who always had nice aftershave on would give dad a lovely shave, and make sure dad had his shirt buttons fastened and his collar straight. Another gentleman who cared for dad would always find time to sit and listen to dad and they would have a little chat. Dad loved that, so thank you for being so nice to him when it really mattered.

Overall Experience

The team at Reto Care Ltd looked after my father for a year. It was a very difficult time for him due to the debilitating effects of a stroke, however the team at Reto Care Ltd provided excellent care with humour and dignity. To say they helped us through a difficult period is a huge understatement. I know my father was incredibly grateful and came to regard all the team members as friends and family rather than carers.

Initially, I had reservations about allowing carers into my home but I need not have worried. The staff from Reto Care have been totally professional, respectful and courteous. They have been extremely kind and caring to both my husband and me, always cheerful and bring a ray of sunshine whenever they visit. I feel comfortable raising any concerns or requests and know they will do their best to accommodate our needs. I would thoroughly recommend Reto Care to anyone seeking a care provider.

I cannot rate the manager and her team high enough for the professional care they gave my terminally ill dad. The care was lovely and handled with such dignity. Not only did they care for dad but always checked mum was OK and had had something to eat and drink. They brought a ray of sunshine to the house and lifted spirits of a very sad situation. Since dad passed they still rang mum to check she was OK which is all above their course of duty. I cannot thank them enough.

Homecare helped care for my terminally ill sister. We would not have managed without them. They were always very kind to my sister, and I would highly recommend them.
