Good carers are always helpful and polite. They always ask if we need anything else done.
We are satisfied with the service we get and the carers are excellent.
A fantastic company. Very kind and helpful people. They've had to help me in big ways and small and they always manage a solution for me. The owner of the business is almost always the one to let me know if the carers are running a bit late etc., and I know I am one of her priorities.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such an excellent review. We are so happy that your experience with us has been positive. We always strive to ensure our service users are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
The staff set up face time which was a great comfort to me to see how she was feeling and looked.
All my questions about doctors visits and overall health were answered.
The staff made sure mum's birthdays and Christmas were special, with cards, flowers, gifts and traditional meals.
The staff built up a great relationship with mum and she looked forward to their visits, even though she could be fussy at times, I believe ‘the duchess’ was her nickname which made us all smile, including mum.
At the end of her life mum was surrounded with the care and kindness your staff provided for which I will be forever grateful.
Thank you everyone.
Thank you so much for your kind review, it means a lot to us. We enjoyed the time we spent with your mother and she is sorely missed.
We are very happy with our carers she gets on very well with my wife.
Thank you for the positive review. The wellbeing of our service users is our highest priority.
The care is good and can be consistently relied upon on a daily basis. To guarantee a specific time would be better but l understand that managing staff absence, travel, traffic flow and vulnerable clients with varied needs is difficult. I like the personal touch of being able to speak with someone if l have a query and the reciprocal contact when they anticipate a problem.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your understanding of the issues you experienced was greatly appreciated.
We leave advice for the care staff which is sometimes acted on but sometimes not. eg by not overfacing her with meals as this puts the service user off. Overall satisfied with the support that the care workers provide.
Thank you for leaving us a review. We have taken steps to address the issues described and are committed to carrying on providing a high standard of care.
