The service my brother received was exemplary. All staff were respectful and treated him with dignity.

Very pleased with level of care provided and Mum always pleased to see them. A lot of worry taken away from us with knowing that she does see someone three times a day. Had a few problems with Mum on a couple of occasions and level of support and care provided has been very good. We think there is a genuine concern for her health and wellbeing. Although Mum is now in hospital after another fall, we will all be happy to resume these services in order to maintain the level of care she has been accustomed to. Her needs may well change, but we are confident that this problem will be met by JAAN services and she will be able to maintain her lifestyle in a caring/ comfortable environment at home. A few initial problems with billing but now resolved and up to date. Overall very happy we chose this company to undertake Mums needs.

I have found that this care provided by JAAN Services has been exemplary. They all treat my mother with respect. Professionalism, friendliness and humour. Whenever we have had to call on them, they have arrived within 15 minutes. The staff and management are thoroughly proficient in their approach and always leave my mother comfortable and make sure she is left with a cup of tea, water and cranberry juice as well as seeing to her medication.
