We have been using Roche Homecare since February 2026, during which time we have been very satisfied with the carers who have worked with my partner who has Parkinson's. The carers seem genuinely concerned to meet his needs, tailoring their work to suit him. They are punctual for their twice daily visits. The admin side of their work is well documented and there is evidence of the carers receiving training to update their knowledge and skills.
Changed over to Roche Homecare Nov 2025 after 2 years with another company. Best thing that we ever did as far as it is less stess and a lot better in service from carers to office staff all very helpful.
