Mum can feel lonely in what to her is a long day, but the carers always take time to chat to Mum, have a laugh and take the wrappings off the chocolates for her!
Recently, one carer was most efficient in ensuring that Mum's new medicines were correct after a spell in hospital. She kept on at the problem until everything was sorted.
It's a comfort to know that Transitions carers care for my mum.
