My review relates to the last 8 months and the care that my daughter and I recieve. Since my heart attack I have needed a little extra support and this has been with my daughter Amelia who has signifcant learning needs, ADHD and ASD. Caroline has been amazing, she takes Amelia to her weekly club and they pop in the shops and the indoor park before club. On their return, Caroline gets Amelia ready for bed and settles her down. Amelia is very happy and settled with the situation and the care she recieves is brilliant. Thank you x

There are very good people Pearl and Becky and Derby are always reachable when we need to discuss the care. The carers are very compassionate and caring. They have been looking after my children and I have got to know them and trust them with my children.

The service user and myself have very positive feedback regarding the care company, the staff who provide the daily care needs they are polite respectful and work with the service user to maintain independence and an excellent standard of care needs good communication at all times thankyou

Pearls care home are amazing with my son, he responds to staff very well, they are caring and considerate towards his needs and wants as my son is non verbal. They are very flexible if my son needs extra hours and also with accompanying him to appointments.

I have used pearls home care for around 2 years for my 2 autistic children both with learning difficulties and they have 2 cares each pearl always goes above and beyond to try keep the same cares so the children have build good truthful relationship with she as never once let me down and if I needed to change days at short notice she as done her best to accommodate for me i can not praise them either x

Jack really enjoys his time with his respite team and getting some quality time away from siblings. Jack has different activities and enjoys having his fast food. Staff always supportive and kind with jack and very understanding.

Pearl Care Provider is a brilliant agency ,always on time ,have great relationship with my autistic son.Always listen to my concern and been very helpful.All staff and office members are really friendly and knoow a lot about job they doing.

Every member of the team showed compassion, kindness and genuine care - not only to my mother-in-law, but to us as a family as well. Thank you all, and please keep up the excellent work.

I would like to see more continuity with regular staff, I appreciate this can be hard when covering sickness and annual leave an such but on the whole happy and grateful for the service provided

A great workforce starts with a great management team, and Pearl Home Care has both! The ladies at PHC cared for my mother for two years and treated her with compassion, respect and dignity. The staff were highly trained and brought a wealth of knowledge in caring for someone with complex needs. Any minor issues were ironed out quickly and efficiently by the manager and the team became a much-welcomed extension to our family. The difference they made to my mother's life was beyond measure and I have no hesitation of recommending their services to other users.

Two of my children use Pearl Home Care service. Their personal assistants are always very friendly and are amazing with my children. They always come home with a big smile as they've had fun are happy with their time out. They go above and beyond for my children. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Happy with the service, punctual most of the time, carers are willing to try any activity the client wants, bike rides, magnet fishing, pool etc, we have good continuity, we have the same carers between two men, the agency have been able to accommodate any change of time and date, I can't fault the admin staff, my only problem is the language barrier, some of the carers' English is not good, this is a problem for children with additional needs, they find situations hard enough without adding to problems with language problems.

Brilliant service and fantastic staff who really understand my daughter and her needs and very friendly staff who are always willing to take the time for you to talk about what my daughter is like and needs are met, thank you to all staff.

Mum loves seeing them and she feels like they are part of an extended family.

Very professional, caring staff, nothing is too much trouble, 10 out of 10 in all areas of care. My brother has dementia and although difficult at times, they are very understanding of the situation. I have no hesitation in recommending them, we have had Pearl Home Care carers nearly three years now.

The staff are friendly and helpful with my son, they do their best to support him and do the things he would like to do, they make him feel comfortable and relaxed and he enjoys his time with them. Good service.
