I would like to see more continuity with regular staff, I appreciate this can be hard when covering sickness and annual leave an such but on the whole happy and grateful for the service provided

A great workforce starts with a great management team, and Pearl Home Care has both! The ladies at PHC cared for my mother for two years and treated her with compassion, respect and dignity. The staff were highly trained and brought a wealth of knowledge in caring for someone with complex needs. Any minor issues were ironed out quickly and efficiently by the manager and the team became a much-welcomed extension to our family. The difference they made to my mother's life was beyond measure and I have no hesitation of recommending their services to other users.

Two of my children use Pearl Home Care service. Their personal assistants are always very friendly and are amazing with my children. They always come home with a big smile as they've had fun are happy with their time out. They go above and beyond for my children. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I have had the honour to have fantastic support from the manager and her fantastic kind-hearted staff, my grandchildren are both autistic with complex needs and in school holidays they have been my support, the kids are always excited to go out with them, they go all over, the kids are always happy, I always get lots of photos of their day, they now feel like family, I can't recommend them enough, just the best.

Happy with the service, punctual most of the time, carers are willing to try any activity the client wants, bike rides, magnet fishing, pool etc, we have good continuity, we have the same carers between two men, the agency have been able to accommodate any change of time and date, I can't fault the admin staff, my only problem is the language barrier, some of the carers' English is not good, this is a problem for children with additional needs, they find situations hard enough without adding to problems with language problems.

Brilliant service and fantastic staff who really understand my daughter and her needs and very friendly staff who are always willing to take the time for you to talk about what my daughter is like and needs are met, thank you to all staff.

Mum loves seeing them and she feels like they are part of an extended family.

When they arrive home he is really chatty with them and this is lovely to see and hear. Thank you everyone.

Very professional, caring staff, nothing is too much trouble, 10 out of 10 in all areas of care. My brother has dementia and although difficult at times, they are very understanding of the situation. I have no hesitation in recommending them, we have had Pearl Home Care carers nearly three years now.

The staff are friendly and helpful with my son, they do their best to support him and do the things he would like to do, they make him feel comfortable and relaxed and he enjoys his time with them. Good service.

They are very friendly and accommodating to work around when you need their help. Carers listen well when they need to change how they do things. They are also very easy to talk to and willing to have a chat whilst on their call out. Would recommend to anyone needing a carer

I can not recommend them enough!

Mum has Alzheimer's and was forgetting to take her medication. Contacted several care providers advising them of Mum's needs. Pearl was the only one who wanted to meet us to discuss what care was needed. Her lovely ladies come in every morning just to give Mum her tablets. Very happy with the service.

Lovely, friendly staff and management. Mum loves them and sees them as friends. Always on hand to offer support and flexibility on days or times that need changing. Mum says she sees them as friends. Highly recommend.

I have multiple complex care needs and have struggled to find care to cover until I employed Pearl Home Care. The carers are fantastic, all my care needs are covered and my life has been enhanced by their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are really happy with the care being provided for Mum since her stay in hospital. The carers turn up on time, are all friendly and efficient and so exactly what Mum wants them to do. It gives the family peace of mind to know that Mum is up and dressed and ready for the day.

I find the carers to be professional in their work. They work well as a team and are respectful in the care of my mother. They interact with my mother and she looks forward to their visits.
