They are very friendly and accommodating to work around when you need their help. Carers listen well when they need to change how they do things. They are also very easy to talk to and willing to have a chat whilst on their call out. Would recommend to anyone needing a carer

I can not recommend them enough!

Mum has Alzheimer's and was forgetting to take her medication. Contacted several care providers advising them of Mum's needs. Pearl was the only one who wanted to meet us to discuss what care was needed. Her lovely ladies come in every morning just to give Mum her tablets. Very happy with the service.

Lovely, friendly staff and management. Mum loves them and sees them as friends. Always on hand to offer support and flexibility on days or times that need changing. Mum says she sees them as friends. Highly recommend.

We are really happy with the care being provided for Mum since her stay in hospital. The carers turn up on time, are all friendly and efficient and so exactly what Mum wants them to do. It gives the family peace of mind to know that Mum is up and dressed and ready for the day.

They were reliable and the care and compassion shown by the carers was very reassuring at a difficult time in my mum's life. The ladies caring for Mum were respectful to her always, respected her home and always took their shoes off. They took time to talk to Mum and were very knowledgeable on how to care for her. The manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure Mum had emergency care, she kept us well-informed, was trustworthy and reliable. I find the care they provide to be very good and would recommend them to anyone who needed a care company, they are very keen to help and they are always asking if they can do anything else because they say they have some spare time.

The manager and her ladies have been looking after my sister for 6 months so far and make up to 4 visits a day to check my sister is clean and fed. They do other things for her too which is brilliant and I’m so grateful Pearl Home Care took on this contract to care for my sister in her home. Thank you, to you all.

My Aunt has been cared for by Pearl Home Care since March 2023. I am really impressed by the care given to my Aunt from the first visit. All her carers are very friendly and warm. They treat her with respect and my aunt tells me how gentle they are with her when moving her for washing and toileting. The carers I have met are helpful, kind and cheerful. They treat my mother as a person rather than a 'job' they have to do. If ever I have a query or complaint about Mum's care, I only have to contact the manageress and she resolves it. I have only the highest praise for this lady's commitment and determination to provide good quality home care for her service users.
