The company started 2 weeks ago, caring morning and evening for my grandmother. They have been caring and compassionate to her needs.

Really pleased with carers, but would ideally stick to the same carers as my mam doesn't deal with changing and changes.

This is a fantastic home care company, my husband is definitely happy with the service they provide, nothing is too much trouble and all the carers are professional and friendly.
The owner is a great person and will do everything she can to help in any situation to make life easier. I’m so happy that
we got this company.
We love the respite that they can offer so that my husband doesn’t have to go into a home whilst I have some me time, I can go away happy in the knowledge that my husband is safe and well cared for.

Pearl Home Care went above and beyond to ensure my mum was cared for at home. They were reliable and the care and compassion shown by the carers was very reassuring at a difficult time in my mum's life. The ladies caring for Mum were respectful to her always, respected her home and always took their
shoes off. They took time to talk to Mum and were very knowledgeable on how to care for her. The manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure Mum had emergency care, she kept us well-informed, was trustworthy and reliable. I would highly recommend this service for your loved one to ensure they are treated with care, compassion and dignity.

I find the care they provide to be very good and would recommend them to anyone who needed a care company, they are very keen to help and they are always asking if they can do anything else because they say they have some spare time.

The manager and her ladies have been looking after my sister for 6 months so far and make up to 4 visits a day to check my sister is clean and fed. They do other things for her too which is brilliant and I’m so grateful Pearl Home Care took on this contract to care for my sister in her home. Thank you,

My Aunt has been cared for by Pearl Home Care since March 2023. I am really impressed by the care given to my Aunt from the first visit. All her carers are very friendly and warm. They treat her with respect and my aunt tells me how gentle they are with her when moving her for washing and toileting.
They leave her house clean and tidy after every visit, her bed is made beautifully and nothing is too much trouble for them. I'm so happy that I chose this company. Thank you so much for everything

The carers I have met are helpful, kind and cheerful. They treat my mother as a person rather than a 'job' they have to do. If ever I have a query or complaint about Mum's care, I only have to contact the manageress and she resolves it. I have only the highest praise for this lady's commitment and determination
to provide good quality home care for her service users.

From day one of Mum being discharged from the hospital in August 2022, Pearl Home Care has been fantastic.
Care is personal, considerate, caring and thorough.
Mum has always been treated with care, respect, compassion and dignity.
Communication with the family has been excellent.
I highly recommend
Pearl, and this is an example of how all care providers should be.
