Overall Experience

The service is excellent and I have no complaints. The care workers are always on time and well trained. If I have to cancel the service, I have to give a short notice without any problem. The manager is always available at short notice to deal with all your inquiries.

Overall Experience

I couldn't be happier with the care and support Arale has provided for my mum. As she is unable to leave home and is bed-bound, having dependable and compassionate carers is extremely important to our family.
From the very beginning, Arale has been caring, professional and understanding. The carers are respectful, patient and attentive to my mum's individual needs, and they always treat her with kindness and dignity.

We also receive monthly calls from the head office to check how the service is going, whether we are happy with the care and if there is anything further we need.

Overall Experience

It is a company that listens to his customers and treats them well; the managers are always welcoming and resolve any issues, and I am very satisfied with their services. Finally, we would like to thank the team at ARALE CARE for the exceptional support provided to my husband over the past two months. The management is also highly organized and very easy to reach. Knowing that my husband was in such safe and caring hands gave me immense peace of mind.

I am very happy with the care provided by Arale Care Agency for my Mum. I have peace of mind knowing somebody is going in a few times every day. Mum has had the same 2 carers for the last couple of years which is definitely a bonus. I would definitely recommend this agency for anyone looking for care for their loved one.

I can't express enough how grateful our family is for the exceptional care my aunt received from Arale Care. From the very first meeting, the team showed a level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that immediately put us at ease.
