Overall Experience
Well what can I say, the service that they provide, from start to finish, is amazing, the care and dedication that my mother-in-law has received have been first-class. We have tried a couple of other care providers and neither of them has a patch on Carers Elite, the most amazing experience I could ever wish, with special thanks to three members of staff, in particular, for being absolutely first-class, you have done an amazing job and made my mother-in-law's last weeks amazing before going into a care home.
