Really pleased with the care and support we receive as a family for our young adult. It means I can have that peace of mind knowing my daughter is in good hands. I get to spend quality time with the younger children, not having to worry about my adult daughter. Carers Forward is a great service provider I would be lost without them, thank you for all the support and guidance you have provided.
We are happy to have been making such a great impact on you and your daughter. Our care staff enjoy their roles and look forward to making a difference each and every day.
Excellent care provider for my son who has autism and learning difficulties. Carers engage very well with my son and no job is too much trouble for them. I seriously would not cope without them, they are a godsend.
Hi, thank you for your review, we are happy that our support enables you to have a much-needed break and respite.
The service is given to my child with special needs. The service has always been good and positive.
We are very glad to hear that our service has added intrinsic value to you and your child. We are aware that being a carer and caring for a child with ongoing developmental needs can be particularly challenging. Our aim is to work with caregivers always and to make adjustments where possible to deliver a person-centred service.
My children enjoyed the holiday scheme. The staff were great. It would be good to have more opportunities for children like this and maybe an opportunity like this for SEN children would also be much appreciated.
My children really enjoyed using the services and always tell me how friendly the staff are. The playscheme offered at the play station was very well organised and children were safe and well looked after at all times. Look forward to more services offered as my children really enjoyed their time here.
The team organised a great holiday activity club for the children at the Playstation. The kids really enjoyed it and lunch was also included. It would be great to have something like this for the holidays in the future too. The staff were really friendly too.
My experience with the team has been amazing. My telephone conversations have been great and the staff looked after my son and daughter at the play centre extremely well. I never leave my children alone with anyone I don't know but these guys assured me they'll be fine and they were. My children were very happy when I picked them up. Thanks guys, I will definitely be using your service again.
We shall always try our very best to deliver inclusive service to our families.
The carers have been taking care of my wife since July last year. I am very pleased with their service. They come in the mornings, lunch and tea time to help with all of her care needs. They communicate with my wife very well and make sure she has had something to eat and will make her feel comfortable.
