Your girls have been fantastic with me in good times and bad. Professional and I still don't know how they do it! I had one problem but I haven't seen her again, but if you are dealing with sensitive parts of a man's body you don't walk in wearing boxing gloves!

Not great at the moment. Ring up my dad to change times or not having visits. One night last week, no visit at all (rang to say there was no one to come to mum).

Dad receives wonderful care from the Easy Living girls, we can't praise them highly enough. They are kind, caring, cheerful and enable dad to live independently in the home he loves. The girls are punctual and professional in every way. The office staff have dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently, they are brilliant. All in all Easy Living Care Ltd provide a fantastic service which we couldn't do without, as a family, we are confident that dad is safe, secure and well looked after.

Timekeeping to keep within visit times.

Brilliant. I have a lovely band of carers always cheerful, respect me. I look forward to them coming twice a day. Can't fault them. Nothing more to say really, only to say they keep me young in mind.

Have only good experience from everyone.

Overall good. Carers are generally considerate and helpful although I have to prompt some of them as to my husband's needs. They seem trustworthy and dedicated with a few exceptions.

Main problem - poor communication. Between office/carers and clients, especially when changes are last moment. A weekly list has to be closely checked to ensure contract being checked ie correct times on 'special days'. It is imperative that I at least know the time of visits, especially when changed, as our lives are now geared around their visits, and which I am paying them to undertake.

Our relationship with Easy Living Carers has been a happy one for 12 months now. All the carers are wonderful people capable, careful, caring and always pleasant. They are a great support to me too.

Everybody is so caring and helpful. Anything I as them to do within reason is done without complaint and they are all considerate an cheerful.

I have found that all the carers assigned to me have been fully professional with very caring natures and that nothing is too much in their help to me.
