Overall Experience
Hi there, I am a service user who lives in the service called Caring Alternatives, the best company ever, the staff and the managers are the best, we do a lot in the service. During COVID it was very bad, we were in a stressful time, but I think yes now the lockdown has gone a good year a lovely company, but the staff do need showers.
