My mother's carer is outstanding. Nothing is too much for her, everything she does is for the best interests of mum. Mum and dad love her and she really is part of the family, she literally is the bestb
Very good service we have had them coming for nearly 2years now very thoughtful people looking after my nan she looks forward to her calls and it's someone for my nan to talk to thanks for all your help
We are very satisfied with the care we get from Caring Connections. All the carers are very nice, and do a good job of caring for Valerie. They are also quite flexible when we have appointments which clash with their visit times, and are happy to adjust them, for example, making the lunchtime visit earlier if we are going out for the afternoon. They are very good at using the hoisting equipment to move Valerie around.
All the carers have been wonderful. The standard of care is first class. They are friendly, caring and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. Reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this service.
Staff are very caring and helpful.
Caring Connections have provided care for my son for a number of years now. My son thoroughly looks forward to seeing them and he has formed a marvellous friendship with a small number of the staff. He looks upon them as his best friends and relies on them to brighten his day. He cares about them as much as they care about him. This bond they have formed is very special and one that cannot be broken. Staff are very caring and understanding about his needs. Whenever possible staff go out of their way to help him and provide a high level of service for him. Whenever asked to do something staff do it without question. The service that the office staff provide is also very good. If ever I need a call time changing or need assistance with something they are always willing to help. Thank you for taking good care of my son.
Staff were reliable. Always treated with dignity. Polite and professional and ensured a personally tailored service was given. Staff are honest and trustworthy. The personal security of my mum and her possessions were never in doubt. Thank you.
Care in general is very good and the carers themselves are very nice with some giving exceptional care. Some concerns over carers not sticking to the timetable and coming exceptionally early for the evening calls. Some concerns (reported to the office) about carers entering the premises when the client is not at home, even though this had been reported to the on-call number.
