Caring Connections are a registered charity delivering home care across the North West of England. They are CQC registered with a commitment to delivering the highest quality care to all clients.

The Caring Connections team understand that home care is more than meeting health requirements, it is about maintaining, or even improving, your way of life. They deliver their services with the aim of promoting independence for all individuals, and reducing the loneliness and isolation that can often come with the need for additional help.

Their care services are always designed around the needs of each individual client, with care plans developed in collaboration with the individual and their loved ones to ensure that preferences are also accounted for. These care plans include a wide range of home help services, from help with house work and shopping and assistance with getting out and about for social gatherings to help with personal care such as washing and dressing.

Caring Connections was established in 1992, and since then they have been committed to continuously delivering the best care to their local communities. As they are a charity, all profits are reinvested into the company, meaning they can continue to be a care service that you can rely on.

Very happy with the morning carer. Mon - Sat - Very punctual, understanding, caring & friendly.
When needed to use emergency mobile number got good service. Find one or two carers (Sunday) rush not always listening.

I am a 57-year-old bedbound client supported by the Warrington branch. Living with anxiety and OCD, consistency in my care is vital. I wish to thank both the office staff and carers for their professionalism, patience, and understanding. My main carer visits five to six times a week and is always punctual,
never absent, respectful of my home, careful with tasks, attentive to my health, proactive with supplies, and supportive on difficult mental health days. Several other carers also provide the same high standard of care. I am especially grateful to the office and out-of-hours teams for ensuring my visits are handled by those who know me well. The support I receive makes a real difference in my daily life-please extend my thanks to the entire team.

Caring Connections provide my sister with excellent care. The carers are all friendly and treat my sister with the dignity she deserves for her 90yrs. One carer in particular is compassionate and understands there are days when she is in great pain she will help all her needs for that day and not push
her to have a shower if she refuses. Thank you to all staff on the care they provide.

I am very happy with my main carer who I have on most days, she knows exactly what she is doing without even being asked. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers and they will do almost anything I ask. I would recommend Caring Connections to people who need to access home care.

I think the caring staff at caring connections are exemplary there are certain memebers of the caring team i have become close to that i would rate 5 stars. Other staff are very good at their job i have no complaints whatsoever. I would like to make a special mention to thr manager of wigan branch
who assisted me in getting a fire door fitted in my bedroom as my room was a fire trap. She is a lovely woman very helpful. Its through her the fire brigade visited and im in the middle of having it fitted as she has gone above and beyond.

Caring Connections have been looking after my mum since January 2024. Her carers have always treated her with the utmost professionalism and dignity.
Despite her dementia, Mum always recognises her carers as they have built up an excellent working relationship with each other. Additionally, myself
and my sister have also formed friendships with them.
All Caring Connections staff do a fantastic job, often in difficult circumstances. We are blessed to have them involved in Mum's care.

We have had a lot of staff come through my dad's door and I can honestly say that I've not had a problem with any staff they have on a couple of occasions been really late for his morning call but know is all sorted he has took to a few carers more than others but I think it's just his dignity more
than anything else he prefers older than younger carers even though they all do a good job looking after him so thanks to all of you staff how's been out to look after him

The carers, three of them especially are amazing with mum and dad (who has recently joined the service). Nothing is too much. They put my mum at ease when she has difficult days, reassuring her and making her feel valued. They are always so professional and my parents look forward to their visit. Despite
a few start up issues last year they are superb!
They always contact myself or my sister if they need anything. They are amazing and we as a family would be lost without them. I always feel at ease when I know they are going to visit.
They always show my parents nothing but dignity and respect.

We are very satisfied with the care we get from Caring Connections. All the carers are very nice, and do a good job of caring for Valerie. They are also quite flexible when we have appointments which clash with their visit times, and are happy to adjust them, for example, making the lunchtime visit
earlier if we are going out for the afternoon. They are very good at using the hoisting equipment to move Valerie around.

The service is improving. Care assistants complete online checklist which helps me to keep updated on mums care. Think more dementia care training should be completed. Often the way a question is asked makes all the difference. The care assistants do a good job, often in difficult circumstances. Communication

The service received from the carer was excellent. Found that nothing was too much trouble and always extremely helpful and supportive. The carer was always very very caring and thoughtful and treated the client with the utmost respect and dignity.
