Care Staff are always polite and respectful and carry out my care needs in a professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble They give me a phone call if they are ever going to be late due to traffic or bus delays or if their current call is taking longer than it should have.
Communication is my only issue sometimes carers turn up when I have cancelled calls due to appointments but carers don't seem to know so they phone me to see where I am.

I'm very satisfied with the care I'm receiving.

I would like to use this opportunity to sincerely thank you all for the love, care , time, determination and support given to my son, I really do appreciate this because this has really helped him alot mentally.
There are very patients ones among the staffs and at the same time those that are not patients can also do better.
Pls I am appealing that you should put my son's call on Sunday morning at 8am. He has been missing church programs alot, the taxi do disappoint him and taking bus to the church, takes 1hr 30mins to 2hrs.
Overall, you have all done well for my son physically, mentally, emotionally and psychological, he feel save and happy staying with them and he is picking up well.

Thank you all and God bless you.

The carer is brilliant, he puts systems in place on top of what we already have and everything runs smoothly. He gets my partner. Could not be more pleased with him. Excellent. He gets my partner's paper every day without upsetting my husband's routine which is important. We have a close relationship so if anything is needed by either party, we are not afraid to contact each other.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely appreciate all the carers at Caring Connection. Your time, support, determination, and love have made a meaningful difference in my life. I do not take anything you do for granted, and I am truly grateful for the care I receive. I pray that God Almighty answers all your positive and secret prayers, in the mighty name of Jesus.
There are six particular carers that I appreciate deeply, and I hold each of them in high regard. Among them, one truly stands out-so patient, cheerful, and full of life. I feel comfortable and free to communicate with this carer, and we often share jokes and laughter. That kind of genuine connection brings joy and comfort to my daily routine.

However, I would also like to raise a point for improvement. If a carer is going to be late, I am not always informed in advance, I usually call the office myself especially Sunday. A little more consistency in communication would be very helpful. Once agaun thanks so much

My Mum, who is 85 & suffers with dementia, enjoys the carers' visits & loves a good chat with them, one of the main reasons we've asked them to visit. The carers I've met when I've been at my Mum's have all been lovely, caring people. She especially likes one lady in particular.

Doh Job Title: Care Coordinator Joined: 2024
Doh

Hi, I am Doh,

Since I was young, I have always enjoyed helping others. I remember when my grandmother was very ill for a long time, and I was the one who stayed close to her, feeding her, cleaning her, and simply sitting beside her so she wouldn’t feel alone. I felt devastated when she died, yet I was fulfilled that I was with her. Then I was with my dad in the same situation, seeing him go through pain, and knowing I could care for him and make him feel loved was my greatest blessing. That experience touched my heart deeply, and from that moment, I knew that caring for others was my calling.

My main motivation for joining Care Support is to help people feel seen, valued, and cared for. I genuinely believe that everyone, regardless of their age or condition, deserves to be treated with dignity and love. That belief drives me every day to give my best.

Working in care support has also enhanced my own well-being. It provides me with a strong sense of purpose and inner peace. When I see someone smile because of something I did, it also heals my heart. I feel fulfilled, and I have learned to be more patient, compassionate, and calm, even under pressure.

For me, this is not just a job; it’s a way to spread love and bring light into the lives of people who need it most.

Zainab Job Title: Care Co - Ordinator Joined: 2024
Zainab

Hi, my name is Zainab. I joined Caring Connections in March 2024. I have really enjoyed the journey I have been on during my time here. I started as a care worker supporting clients within the community. I love getting to know people and I will always do everything in my power to ensure all of our clients' needs are met. I find comfort in knowing the care I deliver helps vulnerable people be at home independently, as many memories are made within our clients' homes. I enjoy learning all about everyone's past and what they really enjoy talking about for when I next visit.

I have recently progressed within my role to now being Care Co-Ordinator, I ensure that I will always support all of the care workers working within the field and I am always an ear to listen if they are struggling ensuring to find a solution going forward.

I work closely with the local authorities to ensure all of our clients are being supported as per their individual needs.

I am really looking forward to more success within my role in the future.

Hi, I'm Trevor. I joined Caring Connections a couple of years ago now.

I have built key relationships with clients and family members across the Ellesmere Port and Eastham area within this time frame. I always strive to go above and beyond to ensure all clients' needs are met, even if it's something as little as taking somebody to the corner shop for their newspaper. It is important to me, where possible, to promote independence.

I have progressed within my role, and I am currently a Senior Care Worker; I work hard to be there for fellow care workers and do my best to ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge to support all of our clients.
