I must commend Handle With Care who have been supporting my father over the past year. We were originally sceptical about involving a care agency after hearing horror stories about inadequate care, poor time keeping etc.

managers and staff work collaboratively - communicating any concerns and updating on current issues.
We have been so impressed with other aspects such as organising home delivery for medications, referring to district nurses, ordering incontinence products and liaising with occupational therapists who have provided equipment for the home.
They have also been flexible, rearranging visiting times when my father has had hospital appointments, or cancelling carers when we've managed to arrange a last-minute break.
I cannot praise the company enough.

Handle With Care looked after my mom for over 4 years with outstanding care attention and commitment

I have found the staff who care for my mother to be very accommodating, always ready to help mum where needed. They all treat my mother with respect, and certainly a lot of dignity. They make sure she is dressed appropriately for the day ahead. They will converse with Mum. I know she loves to chat with
them. They are on time and work very hard while they are here. They are careful when giving medication, making sure Mum has taken it. I can only speak highly of the ones who visit Mum. I would definitely give this company five stars.

The only slight niggle I have is that I work on your scheduled times for dealing with my wife. Your staff arrivals are very often too early. So my preparation is thrown out! Sometimes late due to unforeseen circumstances. That's ok.

The care service I receive for my elderly mother is excellent.

All the staff of Handle With Care have gone out of their way to make sure my wife gets all the help she needs. The care my wife is given has been above and beyond anything I could do on my own. I can't thank them enough for their help.

Handle With Care have been looking after my mother-in-law for many years now and I can't speak highly enough of them, nothing seems to be a problem for the carers and with anything that I have difficulty with, the management is highly attentive and always happy to help with a solution, my mother in
law has dementia and things do get a little problematic at times but handle with care never have a problem with any new challenges.

Yes, I’m very happy with the care given to my mom. They are always on time, polite, and very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. I think they do a brilliant job and a little extra when needed.
