I have been with Handle with Care for a considerable time over 4 years now, all my carers are superb and go above and beyond for me. I am extremely happy to be supported to remain in my home by such a wonderful company. The manager is always there if I need her and look forward to speaking to her and seeing her. Thank you for providing wonderful care to me and I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Have used this service for quite a while and found them helpful. Caring and understanding in the care my wife needs. They are very patient and knowledgeable about her needs on a daily basis. They are also very sociable towards me as a caregiver, which I appreciate.

I can't fault the care provided by all the team up until her death recently and were even there for us after.

I have found the staff who care for my mother to be very accommodating, always ready to help mum where needed. They all treat my mother with respect, and certainly a lot of dignity. They make sure she is dressed appropriately for the day ahead. They will converse with Mum. I know she loves to chat with them. They are on time and work very hard while they are here. They are careful when giving medication, making sure Mum has taken it. I can only speak highly of the ones who visit Mum. I would definitely give this company five stars.

The only slight niggle I have is that I work on your scheduled times for dealing with my wife. Your staff arrivals are very often too early. So my preparation is thrown out! Sometimes late due to unforeseen circumstances. That's ok.

Carers are professional and caring going beyond what is expected and giving me the confidence of knowing my mum is well looked after. Seeing my mum practically every day allows me to observe how happy she is and how well she interacts with them.

All the staff of Handle With Care have gone out of their way to make sure my wife gets all the help she needs. The care my wife is given has been above and beyond anything I could do on my own. I can't thank them enough for their help.

Handle With Care have been looking after my mother-in-law for many years now and I can't speak highly enough of them, nothing seems to be a problem for the carers and with anything that I have difficulty with, the management is highly attentive and always happy to help with a solution, my mother in law has dementia and things do get a little problematic at times but handle with care never have a problem with any new challenges.

Yes, I’m very happy with the care given to my mom. They are always on time, polite, and very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. I think they do a brilliant job and a little extra when needed.
