Staff don't turn up to scheduled shifts.
Staff don't "support" or help to rehabilitate my sister to adjust to living in the community.
Made a very serious complaint and asked that a certain member of staff was removed with immediate effect from the rota, no promised response to complaint almost 3 weeks later and staff member is also STILL working with my sister!
If you have a choice then don't choose this provider! I'm trying to get my sister away from it.
