Serious incident happened in which could've been fatal and totally avoided. Staff don't turn up to scheduled shifts. Staff don't "support" or help to rehabilitate my sister to adjust to living in the community. Made a very serious complaint and asked that a certain member of staff was removed
with immediate effect from the rota, no promised response to complaint almost 3 weeks later and staff member is also STILL working with my sister! If you have a choice then don't choose this provider! I'm trying to get my sister away from it.
