My grandmother was humiliated, not treated with any dignity and expected to lower her trouser and pants in view of glass door to check her pad.
This is a disgrace to treat an elderly lady like this.
Visits were to be 30 mins and often lasted less than 10 minutes.

D C Homecare are reliable,well informed, knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. I have known them since 2019 when my husband was recovering from a fall and for a few weeks needed personal care, tactfully given until recovery. Since then regular, timely home care has been on offer and as I now...
D C Homecare are reliable,well informed, knowledgeable and very warm and friendly. I have known them since 2019 when my husband was recovering from a fall and for a few weeks needed personal care, tactfully given until recovery. Since then regular, timely home care has been on offer and as I now live alone it is comforting to know that I may call on extra help nearby and at short notice. Thank you to the whole team.
