We also have a full domestic Team who offer a premium service inc Laundry, bed changing and Ironing. We also offer full emotional support to both the service user and a person they may live with.
Jigsaw Assessor will come along and have a chat with you at home and there is no obligation at all. We often tell you more about the benefits you can claim and can assist you to complete extensive Social Care Forms to gain a financial award to pay for your care if you qualify.
Attendance Allowance is NOT means tested. You could be entitled to help based on your needs without disclosing your financial status.

Thank you so much Jigsaw for all you did for our mum.
My elderly mother required care four times a day and social services put into place their preferred care team. We had a year of carers failing to turn-up and sometimes being unkind. Meetings with management yielded no long term improvement and my mum was in a constant state of anxiety with regard to her care. And then we were recommended Jigsaw Homecare. I facilitated the change and Jigsaw took over. What a difference! The carers were professional, kind and competent. 100% reliable. My mother relaxed and looked forward to their visits. The carers genuinely seemed to be interested in their work and always informed me if they had any concerns. Sadly, mum was only with them for a short while before she passed away, but I am ever grateful for the support and kindness of the Jigsaw ladies in the final weeks of mum's life. I thoroughly recommend them.
