The staff at Jes Care were absolutely brilliant; they were kind to both my daughter who they were helping and all of the family who was all in a terrible state. They were organised always on time, polite and just amazing. They offered both advice and support, and I will be forever grateful. They were supporting my daughter and us during the last few days of her life.

Jes Care provided an excellent level of care to my sister in her final few weeks of life. They arrived on time and provided consistent members of staff and routine. They were meticulous on following Covid rules and were highly professional - keeping my sister comfortable throughout. The team at Jes Care also really took the time to understand our family dynamic and were able to advise how we could help care for my sister - and were always considerate of our wishes. We as a family cannot thank the carers enough for their extraordinary care and attention at such a difficult time.

Jes Care looked after my father during the past 2 years of his life, visiting four times a day to move him from his bed to the sitting room and take him to the bathroom. This allowed my parents to continue living together even when Dad was completely immobile and often in pain. Throughout this time, the Jes Care team were highly professional and caring. My dad looked forward to their visits as they always had a good chat and a joke, and were always respectful and kind. My mum became firm friends with many of the regular carers, including the manager of the team. As dad's needs became greater in the last couple of months, Jes Care were with my parents all the way, including during the tough final week during the coronavirus lockdown. It has been both a pleasure and an inspiration for me and my children to have met the Jes Care team and to have seen their dedication and approach to their work. I recommend them whole-heartedly to anybody in the area needing carers.
