Infinity Home Care has been built on word of mouth and has a strong local reputation for delivering services tailored to the clients’ individual needs with full continuity. The Registered Manager also personally recruits the team to ensure the same passion and level of care is delivered by all.

The management team collectively has over 89 years of experience within the care sector and strives to continue to pass on the knowledge and experience, in providing exceptional care to both their clients and care staff.

When my wife needed care I reviewed first the current Care Quality Commission review which was very positive and encouraging. From the first telephone call, I was aware I was dealing with a highly professional organisation that responded immediately to my situation.
I came to realise that this was
a small, local company and therefore all the carers were local and we became part of their family. They always turned up at exactly the times they said they would and in little ways would go that extra mile to look after my wife. The love and care which they provided over the last four months of my wife’s life I could not fault and I believe that I was very lucky to have found such a great company.
Not only did they look after their client they also looked after me and gave me the strength to cope with the most stressful time of my life.

The manager and the team at Infinity Home Care have been caring for my Mom for around three years now. Everyone is so caring and conscientious and go above and beyond.
My Mom has thrived since being under the care of Infinity Home Care and on top of delivering top-quality care, also offer such a personal
and friendly service which comes so naturally to each and every one of the team.

Dawn Wilkes

Job Title: Company Director Joined: 2016

Dawn is the owner / Company Director of Infinity Home Care Ltd. She set up Infinity to provide the best home care possible based on her own experiences in the health and care sector. She has over 27 years of experience in varying care roles.


Dawn's vision is to provide high-quality person-centred care services for people in their own homes, she is also a specialist in Person-centred Dementia Care.


Dawn will be the first point of contact within the company and she manages the overall operation.


Dawn personally recruits her team. She also guides the staff through the training programme, which is followed by ongoing supervision and spot checks.

Debbie

Debbie Lewis

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2017

Debbie joined the Infinity team in 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant, before being promoted to a Deputy Manager role in 2019. She has 25 years of knowledge and experience in the care sector and has completed her NVQ level 5 in care and is also a Dementia Specialist.


Debbie works closely beside the Company Director with recruitment and selection. Her main duties are the day-to-day running of the care team and clients.


She gets to know the clients and their families from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews. From the initial assessment, Debbie will shadow staff and works alongside them with new clients until the care package is established and will go above and beyond to help both clients and staff.
