Overall Experience

I have never been involved in the care system before this but Infinity Home Care Ltd have made this experience a great one. The care staff and the management team are all truly amazing and are all a credit to the job they do.
The care staff have enabled my mum to regain her independence whilst also putting her at ease with the things she can't manage. They never rush and always go the extra mile. Nothing is too much for any of them to do.
The management are always helpful and there to help or even just listen to me when I need them to.
All at Infinity Home Care are honest, kind and truly amazing people. They become more like family every day.

Both Mum and I would 100% recommend them.

Overall Experience

Infinity Home Care looked after my mum from May 2020 to September 2022. In the time that they helped me and my mum, it was truly a godsend because Mum had many health issues that needed constant attention. They were consistent, kind, reliable and always showed compassion to us both and the rest of our family. They were always on time and in contact if needed. My mum really loved to see all of the carers and they did make a huge difference to her every day. They made her laugh and feel comfortable when she needed it the most. I don't think I could have gotten through the past few years without their experience and much-needed chats. They were consummate professionals throughout and I have nothing but respect and love towards all the carers who looked after Mum. The final weeks were incredibly tough for us all but they never faulted and treated Mum with love and dignity to the end and made the last part of our journey together far easier than it would have been.

Overall Experience

My mom ended up having to have care due to her old age, and we were told that this company called Infinity Home Care would be looking after my mom, that was 5 years ago (I think it was 5 years it could be longer) until she passed away in December 2022.
All I can say about this company and the staff is that the level of care, compassion, respect, love and support that both my mom and myself received was more than outstanding, they were always cheerful and on time when the visited my mom, spoke to her like an adult, cheered her up and gave her the dignity that she required, when she needed it. They always went above and beyond in their care, and as I live so far away from my mom knowing she was well looked after and cared for meant the world.
The staff treated my mom like one of their own family and nothing was too much trouble and you just can't ask for more than that.

We were so lucky to find such a loving and caring company with loving and caring staff.

Overall Experience

When my wife needed care I reviewed first the current Care Quality Commission review which was very positive and encouraging. From the first telephone call, I was aware I was dealing with a highly professional organisation that responded immediately to my situation.
I came to realise that this was a small, local company and therefore all the carers were local and we became part of their family. They always turned up at exactly the times they said they would and in little ways would go that extra mile to look after my wife. The love and care which they provided over the last four months of my wife’s life I could not fault and I believe that I was very lucky to have found such a great company.

Not only did they look after their client they also looked after me and gave me the strength to cope with the most stressful time of my life.

The manager and the team at Infinity Home Care have been caring for my Mom for around three years now. Everyone is so caring and conscientious and go above and beyond.
My Mom has thrived since being under the care of Infinity Home Care and on top of delivering top-quality care, also offer such a personal and friendly service which comes so naturally to each and every one of the team.

Dawn is the owner / Company Director of Infinity Home Care Ltd. She set up Infinity to provide the best home care possible based on her own experiences in the health and care sector. She has over 27 years of experience in varying care roles.

Dawn's vision is to provide high-quality person-centred care services for people in their own homes, she is also a specialist in Person-centred Dementia Care.

Dawn will be the first point of contact within the company and she manages the overall operation.

Dawn personally recruits her team. She also guides the staff through the training programme, which is followed by ongoing supervision and spot checks. Read less

Debbie LewisJob Title Registered ManagerJoined 2017

Debbie joined the Infinity team in 2017 as a Senior Care Assistant, before being promoted to a Deputy Manager role in 2019. She has 25 years of knowledge and experience in the care sector and has completed her NVQ level 5 in care and is also a Dementia Specialist.

Debbie works closely beside the Company Director with recruitment and selection. Her main duties are the day-to-day running of the care team and clients.

She gets to know the clients and their families from the initial assessment to ongoing reviews. From the initial assessment, Debbie will shadow staff and works alongside them with new clients until the care package is established and will go above and beyond to help both clients and staff.
