Absolutely fantastic care team, staff have been great from the start. They have been looking after my grandad twice a day since January and I can't fault them, communication is brilliant and the care and compassion towards my grandad has been faultless. I highly recommend Infinity Care and have no concerns whatsoever going forward.

Infinity have provided care to my mother over the past 7 months, visiting 3 or 4 times each week. Our initial contact with the managers gave a good impression, and the ongoing care confirmed this. The carers have been friendly, efficient & reliable. They have also been very flexible, for example cancelling visits during occasional hospital stays, but increasing the number of visits during convalescence. The visit reports are detailed & sent immediately to my phone, which is really useful. Overall, it has been a great success, and I would recommend anyone looking for care to consider Infinity.

My very dear step father was cared for by Infinity Home Care for about 3 months from April to July 2024. When the time came that we could no longer look after him ourselves at home Infinity Home Care came to the rescue. The carers were kind, sensitive, and built a good rapport with all of us. They were extremely flexible with the time they came to care for him, working with us to make it as convenient as possible. They helped us through a very difficult time. We would recommend Infinity Home Care without hesitation.

My 96 year old aunt was still living at home with her husband but it was clear they were struggling to cope & her health had taken a turn for the worse. We took on the services of a local care company but it was clear that the carers that attended we're not up to the job. On a recommendation we contacted Infinity Home Care Ltd and oh what a difference it made. We had an initial meeting and then they started a few days later. I genuinely couldn't have asked for better care for my aunt.

They were caring, compassionate, understanding and nothing was too much trouble. The management team were always contactable if I needed to speak with them and all of their staff went above and beyond what I would have expected. Sadly my aunt took a turn for the worse and became end of life and passed away soon after, but the attention and caring from Infinity staff made her later days in life far more bearable. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone needing care.

I have been very thankful for the care given to my mother by the team. The ladies are local to our area which provides the familiarity that my parents need. The team are kind, cheerful and respectful to both my mum & dad, and over the time coming to the house have become an integral part of the family.

My husband has been looked after by Infinity Home Care for more than three years. From the very first meeting with the management team, we both felt that he would be in good hands. He has two regular carers who provide him with continuity and the highest standard of care. Personal dignity is always maintained. The carers have become like members of the family. They are punctual and we are kept advised of any changes. Our carers are able to tune in to my husband's needs - which can be variable. On bad days they are able to adapt what they do accordingly. Even on bad days, my husband benefits from the staff's gentle support and is encouraged by their kindness. The management team is extremely approachable and kind, offering flexibility and extra help when hospital admissions have come our way, and discharges from the hospital happen without much warning. We have found all the staff to be very professional, kind, caring and dedicated. We have no hesitation in recommending Infinity.

Infinity Home Care came to us via personal recommendations, to provide assistance with my late mother's bed bath three times a week. The manager and her excellent team worked tirelessly to reinstall my mother's confidence and dignity in her vulnerable condition (having had a bad experience with another care company previously), providing the highest level of professionalism and genuine care at every visit, from the day they began, through to the culmination with End of Life care.

From the personal perspective of my wife and myself (I was my mother's full time carer, we had moved in to provide round the clock care) we found Infinity invaluable. Not only did they handle the intricacies of bed bathing, which were beyond us, but they also came with a fresh joy to each visit which helped to alleviate the stress of being a full time carer. I therefore unreservedly recommend Infinity to anyone who requires the very best in professional Home Care!

My father-in-law had received care from Infinity for around 3 years. They treated him as one of their own and as a person, not an old man. He always had the same carers, who got to know him so well, that they could tell when he needed medical treatment, sometimes before he even realised. This was possible because of the continuity of carers he had, they arrived at the same time every day, and even in the snow, they walked to his home. This was such a help for us, as we couldn't always be on hand at the drop of a hat. We had such confidence in their abilities and couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for my father-in-law and us as a family. We will always remember their kindness, professionalism and support. I feel I should also mention how approachable the office staff were, and how helpful they were every time I phoned or needed support.

Infinity Home Care looks after someone very dear to me and I cannot fault their care. They have a lovely attitude towards everyone and they go over and above what they need to. I would highly recommend this care company.

I first had dealings with Infinity Home Care Ltd April 2022 when they came to see an elderly neighbour of mine who needed some help with various things like medication meals and other daily tasks that she was finding difficult to cope with. They came in three times a day and they were brilliant always punctual and reliable very kind and thoughtful making sure that she was safe and were always there to make her feel wanted by having a chat with her before they left. It made such a difference in her life. Sadly she became very frail and needed 24-hour care in a Nursing home. I must say that I have no hesitation in recommending Infinity to anyone who needs care themselves or any of their loved ones.

The manager and her team looked after my close friend for only a short while as he was terminally ill. They soon made a bond with me and my friend. Firstly, their general care was excellent and reliable. Once matters worsened, they were extremely knowledgeable about his care and what was needed next. They all communicated with the medical staff and me very well, often one step ahead of what happens next. They showed great compassion towards my friend but were professional at all times. His personal care needs were all seen to with dignity and respect. He could not have asked for more. They, as a team, went above and very much beyond what was expected of them, and for that, I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Infinity Care to anyone who is looking for that extra help - no matter how big or small their care needs are. Great carers and professional service. Thank you.

Infinity is a competent and personable team at every level. Communication between us all is excellent which for me is particularly key as I don’t live nearby and means that my auntie has seamless support. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

The excellent care from all the team has enabled Mum to stay at home, even with her deteriorating needs. Knowing Mum has the same regular carers, who have become more like family, makes it so much nicer for her and the rest of the family. I can't praise Infinity Home Care any higher, other than to say that they are very efficient, reliable, friendly, caring and professional, the list goes on! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Infinity Home Care carers are superb at dealing with the myriad of needs presented by our aunt. They plan the care, routinely review it with the family and adjust to meet the changing needs. They keep in touch by email, phone, text as well as in person to ensure the family is aware and involved in the care of our aunt. Infinity Home Care looked after my mum from May 2020 to September 2022. In the time that they helped me and my mum, it was truly a godsend because Mum had many health issues that needed constant attention. They were consistent, kind, reliable and always showed compassion to us both and the rest of our family. They were always on time and in contact if needed. My mum really loved to see all of the carers and they did make a huge difference to her every day. They made her laugh and feel comfortable when she needed it the most. I don't think I could have gotten through the past few years without their experience and much-needed chats. They were consummate professionals throughout and I have nothing but respect and love towards all the carers who looked after Mum. The final weeks were incredibly tough for us all but they never faulted and treated Mum with love and dignity to the end and made the last part of our journey together far easier than it would have been.
